It leaves my mouth feeling extremely clean and helps keep my gums feeling healthy, especially after brushing and flossing. I also noticed it does a good job at keeping breath fresh throughout the day, not just for a short period. That said, the taste is definitely strong and takes some getting used to. It’s not the most pleasant flavor compared to typical minty mouthwashes, but I understand that it’s formulated more for gum health than taste. Once you get past that, the results are worth it. My teeth are sensitive when using a strong mint in my mouth, but this mouthwash is one I had no problem with.

Full of sucralose, saccharin, and artificial dyes. Gross. Does not need to be in mouthwash. Bought offline and did not properly research the label. Upset I wasted $14 which is also a negative. Not worth the value. Has such a yuck aftertaste . I’ll find something healthier to fix my gums. The high rating is most likely related to being most reviews are from paid promotions.
