Not leak-proof!
This is not leak-proof! Maybe the first month or so I had it, it was. But now the lid screws on unevenly, and the coffee leaks on the seal. I only hand-wash dishes, so it's the dishwasher's fault. Such a shame, it's so easy to hold, and the color is lovely.

Great Insualtion, Bad Lid
It definitely keeps drinks warm/cold but the lid is… bad. It’s very hard to twist the lid off to refill etc, like hulk strength hard. And the flip top will hit your nose while drinking AND, I’m not sure anyone else has mentioned this, but getting the flip top to close correctly to keep the drink insulated is also extremely hard to do. Like I have to use the base of my hand and almost put my full weight on it to be able to snap it into place. Great cup but the lid is poorly designed.

Mold on the lid
I used this cup daily and washed with soap and hot water daily. It does keep the coffee hot, and I thought it was a great cup. But after almost three months a small spot of looks like black mold started. I scrubbed it so many times but didn't come off. It just grew over time. Can't drink it with the lid on without the coffee going over the part of the lid with the mold.

I bought this Tumblr specifically for my iced coffee. This cup keeps my iced coffee cold all 12 hours of my shift without my coffee getting watered down. I’m very impressed, many cups that cost twice as much don’t stay cold this long. I also live in FL this cup does a great job staying cold for long periods of time.
