I've had this cup for about 3 months now and although visually appealing this cup has been lack lust in most other categories. It has not once lived up to the advertised "Keeps drinks hot 6 hours" and even when I put scalding hot liquid in the cup it still only stays warm for maybe 2-3 hours at most. The paint on the cup chips off very easily from day to day use and is very noticable (I have the yellow cup which doesn't help) and had a chip in the handle by the end of day one of having it. My biggest grievance however is that the lid doesn't stay on if the contents is not still hot. The rubber seal on the cup only is secure when the contents of the cup is hot other wise there is enough laxity that the lid comes right off when you open the flip top. On multiple occassions I have gone to open the flip top and the entire lid has come flying off. So really other than being visually appealing (until it starts chipping) there really isn't any other redeeming qualities and overall functionality it poor. The flow valve is also impossible to get off the cup to clean the rubber seal properly.

I just recently purchased this insulated mug. I drink hot tea in the morning and I found myself constantly reheating it in the microwave. I saw this and thought it was the perfect size and has a handle. I love it! It keeps my tea hot! No more reheating. I went back and bought one for my Sister who lives in and nursing home and always complains about the cold tea!

This cup is so cute, sleek and extremely comfortable to hold, I am very picky and this is literally the most comfortable cup I have owned. The top allows you to control the flow (how much liquid you want to come out at a time, from low to medium to a lot). I love the light yellow and the company is super rad. I looked at their website and they have excellent customer servce!

I really like this cup but they need to make some changes
I have bought 3 of these cups and use them daily. I have had 2 of the 3 lids break now and I do put them in the dishwasher on the top shelf. The paint has started coming off of them over time as well. The size is just right for my needs, not too big and not too small. It works great at keeping my hot drinks hot and my cold drinks cold. I just wish they would make it in stainless steel so I don't have to worry about the paint peeling and that the replacement lids weren't sold out. If they make some changes I will buy more.

Keeps things hot and cold for a long time! If you don't care about having a brand name cup, this is worth it. The sip flow adjustment is a nice touch. Fits in my car cup holders too! The lid is pretty leak-proof. Con is that the exterior scratches easily but if that doesn't bother you, this cup really gives you bang for your buck.

First of all, this is the cutest in the salt pink... perfect color and size, however, my drink barely stayed warm near the 1.5hr mark. Oh the lid is sooo easy to use. Soooo disappointed! I had high hopes, I have tried this cup at home, at work, reheating in paper cup and transferring back to the cute thing. It says stays hot for 10hrs. NOT, I just look and roll my eyes at this thing now, I need to return it.
