    Don't do it

    I keep hoping this rug is going to work out but it isn't. We've had it for a few months now and it still won't lay flat as well is it's distorted and out of shape. It also had a greasy film to it after we opened it up. It took quite a bit of cleaning to get that pulled out of it. Love the design of the run, but there's no quality in it. We're looking at getting rid of it.

    Not worth it.

    Don’t buy this rug if you ever want to see it clean again. I’ve had it for 2+ years and it held up well in my dining room until I needed to spot clean it. I have the 9x12 and now half of it is curled up and won’t lay flat after I spot cleaned just a few spots on one corner with my bissell.

    Not what I was expecting

    It’s a great print, but the quality is super cheap. It also doesn’t look ivory. It’s more of a dirtier cream I want to say, kind of leaning towards a grey. It’s going back for sure.

    Not comfortable or soft at all

This felt like stiff plastic .. almost like turf. I also don’t really appreciate that rugsusa charges to return products. Seems greedy for a cheaply made rug.

    Pretty...but cheap

    I LOVE the look of this rug. However, it is VERY thin and bunches up quite easily. It also came folded several times instead of rolled up so it was very wrinkled and took a long time for it to settle in. The corners are already starting to curl up but we're hoping some carpet tape can fix that. It was very cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. It'll make due for the temporary space we're in now but I wouldn't consider this a rug we'll own for a long period of time.

    Crease city

    Comes folded rather than rolled so there are tons of creases. it says just to "fold back" the creases but that does not work.

    Lovely Rug

    This rug was purchased for my office/art studio. I love it. It feels good on my feet and looks so rich. Is it a deep plush rug? No. But, it is stylish and brings the space into current home fashion for an affordable price.
