State of the art
The router is outstanding. Extremely easy install using the Netgear app. The unit is fast, uploads are fast and downloads are extreme. Great performance on streaming. This unit is worth every penny you will pay for it, this is a "must" have router. Get it!

Know what you’re buying!
First off, I’m not one for change. But when I received notice my older Netgear router was at end of Svc, well, I went shopping. The first one was not strong enough coverage. I was pleased tho when I bought the nighthawk Netgear RS200. I’d set the others up by myself ( and I do not consider myself technically fluent). It’s been over 2 weeks and my printer just recognized the network but won’t connect. Neither does a few other smart items in our home. I got nowhere with cs with my dilemma. All I can say is, know what you’re working with before making the investment. I’ve GOT to buy a printer now, I guess. To say the least, I’m very frustrated. I should be able to plug, connect and go!

Great product
If you are coming from a prior Netgear the setup is so slick. Might internet speed was fast before this, but now it’s unbelievable.

Netgear Email Solicitation Is Whack
Netgear is the one who notified me through email that I needed a new router because my current one was no longer able to receive the security updates. They made it seem like they did research on my current router and were so expeditiously sending me a proper replacement??? I received the new router and was not even able to install it as I do not have modem to accompany it? The router that I currently have is a Netgear Nighthawk Dual Modem and Router. I am still using it and my security updates problem that Netgear brought my attention still exists. Thanks for a lack of attention to detail and wasting my precious time and money!

Okay router that was sorta of a downgrade
This newer router was supposedly the equivalent of my older model. I don't see how. I feel as though this was a downgrade. It doesn't have a 5G function and I've noticed my internet speeds have significantly slowed since this once was installed. Thank god I travel for work and don't have to deal with this much. Just annoying to deal with once at home and just trying to use Teams for work with long load times I previously never had. Definitely was not worth the price tag associated with it.

WOW
Was using a competitors mesh system with backhauling with several nodes. RS700s was easy to install. The second one I placed on the second floorof the house on the opposing side as an AP. Needed some help setting that one up. Tech took sometime to get me through it but mission accomplished. Wha tI noticed. No more or rarely buffering on my apple tv's and my bose sub stopped breaking up (nonwired mode). Even for a few days when I just had the first one set up, I was impressed at the signal strength. So far I am impressed. Whish the app had some of the features that the lynksys app had but by no means a deal breaker. Expensive yes, but well worth it to have stable internet.

(no review title)
I got this router when my other one died. I got it specifically because the description says it has parental controls, with a teen and a 7 year old this is a very important feature to me. I got it and set it up but no parental controls. I tried to connect with support for it for days on the Nighthawk app and couldn’t get through. Finally did and they requested a screenshot of the product description, so I went to the Target app to get it. Go back and have to start a chat all over, it doesn’t start where you left off. Then the chat disconnected. I tried 4 times within 20 minutes with issue after issue. Finally got through when I tried again hours later only to be told sorry no this doesn’t have parental controls. When I told them their responses were not genuine and seemed like a script they said “this is technical support. I passed it along.” Product not as described and Nighthawk support is LACKING.

Not as happy as we had hoped for
Not as happy with this router as I had hoped. Based on reviews and improvements in technology, I thought it would have performed better. Coverage is not as strong in our 1600 sq ft home and about the same as our last router that we had for over 8 years. I have also had issues adding my printer to the network and wireless printing. The phone app to change settings on the router is outdated and clunky. It often freezes and lags and you need to close the app and reload sometimes. I would consider other options out there and mesh routers. I'm hesitant to recommend the RS300 to others since I have not had good experiences like our previous Netgear router.

Basic upgrade
Basic wifi7 upgrade outdated router no longer supported. Serves only a few devices and TV well. 100ft across the house, streaming can be a bit flaky, but I'm not fussy. Easy setup.

Did not work for our home
The router would not sync the Wi-Fi on anything in our house. It lit up like it was putting out a signal but nothing worked after putting in the system ID and password.

Very good coverage and easy to set up.
The WiFi router was easy to set up and is providing excellent connectivity in the entire house (two story colonial). We have not encountered any bandwidth issues even with 13 devices operating concurrently.

Great little router
The RS 100 router was easy to set up and works well. I have no need for a more expensive router. This one can handle home needs such as a couple of phones, computers and smart TV’s.
