I’ve been using this collagen for several years now. I started using it for joint support. I’ve had the added benefits of hair, nail and skin improvement. No one believes me when they find out how old I am, and for the first time in my life, my nails are actually strong & long enough to be worth painting. I actually have to file them down for work. I have never had the “problem”. As a lady of a certain age, that is saying a lot!

I've been using this collagen for over a year now and love it. I take it for my joints, but have seen great improvement in my skin, hair, and nails as well. Left Coast Performance's Multi Collagen is actually one of my favorite brands as after 30 days I can definitely see and feel the results while being on their multi collagen and bone broth. Though I am disappointed with the number of servings on each of the last 2 bottles of the 32oz as well as my one order of the 16oz. My second bottle of the 32oz that is supposed to be close to 90 servings. I got 78 level scoop servings. My third 32oz tub, I got 75 servings and noticed the scoop size was slightly bigger than the previous 2 tubs of the 32oz. My 16oz tub was supposed to be 45 servings but only got 38. So not sure if it is not accurately poured or what, but have been using Vital Proteins in the meantime. I really hope Left Coast gets the amount of servings right so I can jump right back on it again.

I bought this product a few months ago and saw changes in my joints within the first 2 weeks. I stopped using it in my coffee for about a month and my joints started cracking and aching again. Well, of course, I went back to using it to see if the collagen was really the reason: my joints are back strong and no more cracking. This product works from the inside out.
