    DIRT taste

    I wanted to love this product. I love the company stands for, but it literally taste like dirt. It taste like a stick was ground into a fine powder and barely flavored with an effervescent hint of Cocoa powder. I added with some actual cocoa and it still tasted like dirt. Used 3-4 times the recommended amount in 6 oz water hoping to improve the flavor, but it did not. Very appropriately named “MUD” water.

    Good taste, too much sediment

    I enjoyed the taste and also that this is a mushroom drink without coffee (compared to other brands that have some coffee in the mix). However, I consistently had about a tablespoon of sediment in the bottom of the mug or glass (whether made with hot or cold water). If I stir or shake before each sip, the granules are noticeable as I drink it. This was a deal-breaker for me, other brands dissolve fully.

    If you dont mind the taste, buy. Such great ingredients.

    I wanted to love this so bad but the taste is not great to me. We drank it with warm milk added honey like instructed and even added cinnamon. Fabulous ingredients which is why I’m giving it 3 stars. We finished it because of that, but probably won’t buy again 🥲

    Better than the Chai

    I was close to canceling my subscription because I didn't like the taste of the Chai no matter how I doctored it up. The Match is a much better flavor. It still has the grainy texture but it's much more tolerable.

    Tastes great, natural ingredients, no complaints!

    I am over 50 and since coffee/caffeine doesn't affect me due to my ADHD brain, I decided to switch to something more natural. I love that there are no hidden ingredients and tastes cozy. My husband tried it and liked it, describing it as "earthy". I am now taking turns between this and the regular Mud/Wtr! I love that I can adjust my subscription depending on if I need it sooner or later.

    Great Product But….

    I received my subscription for the Matcha Blend and when I opened the box, I discover the product was in a plastic container rather than the tin. I absolutely love your product but the changed packaging I really don’t like at all as it changes the flavor of the Matcha Blend in my opinion. I’m pretty disappointed!!!

    I really wanted to like this, but it was so gritty!

    It does smell good, like chai, but for me, i couldn’t get past the grittiness. I really wanted to like this! I like chai and dark chocolate, and a mushroom taste would’ve been fine. I followed the package directions, even looked at videos of it being prepared and bought a frother. I couldn’t make it not gritty, either hot or cold. I couldn’t really describe a taste, because all I noticed was the grit and the feeling of actually drinking “mud.” I’m willing to change my review if i was somehow preparing it wrong. I like all of the ingredients, so was very disappointed I couldn’t get rid of the gritty texture.

    I LOVE MATCHA!!

    The fact that this is mushroom based matcha is like heaven for me. I’ve come to look forward to my ritual of one serving of matcha blend a day. Sometimes I do this at night, mostly earlier in the day, but with a small Japanese pastry, it brings me “home” in my mind and body—no matter what else is going on outside.
