A: Citric acid is found in all citrus fruits. However, there is not enough citrus to produce the amount of citric acid that food manufacturers like us use, and not all citric acid is produced in the same way. Our citric acid is derived from a fermentation process using the cassava or cane sugar plant. The plant is harvested and fermented using Non-GMO enzymes and is purified.

I was on an Alaskan Airline flight and they gave us sparkling water in a can with a packages of your Crystalized Grapefruit! I loved it! I kept the package and ordered every flavor when I got home! I use one or two a day for various drinks and dishes! I hope you keep making them!

Love this stuff
I love the citrus wedges, been using them for years. They taste just like each fruit: lemon, lime, grapefruit, and orange. My only complaint is that sometimes they're not powder and have solidified, that's ehyci removed one star. You have to remove the chunk or peel it off of the foil lined pouch, it probably has to do with natural sugar content, I don't know; however, it hasn't stopped me from buying the 500 count box of each flavor every time. Love this stuff.
