Please remove the porta filter, wipe down the shower head to make sure nothing is clogged or stuck, then check to see if you can run the brew cycle without the porta-filter in place. If water comes through without the porta filter, the porta filter might be the issue. You may also want to clean you coffee maker following the guidelines outlined in the product manual. Great Machine for Coffee Lovers

I was using a 5 cup coffee maker for years until the carafe broke a couple of weeks ago that catapulted me to getting a modern machine. I am not a fan of Keurig PODS and wanted a machine where I can still buy whole bean and grind as I go and also give me the option to brew hot or iced. This little machine does it all. I have been using it for a little over a week now and do not regret it. I can brew hot or iced coffee AND hot or iced lattes. Machine is easy to use and there are very thorough instructions. Mr. Coffee will be my go to coffee maker brand from now on!

Love this coffee maker!

Best Coffee Maker Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you Influenster and Mr. Coffee for sending me this product for free for an honest review. THIS IS AMAZING! Our most used kitchen appliance ever since we received it! This Mr. Coffee single serve coffee maker has completely changed how we have been having coffee. In the past, I would have to cool my coffee in the fridge to have an iced coffee and it would take a decent amount of time. Now I can get iced coffee when I want it without waiting! We have mainly used it for the “Over Ice” function. I am not sure how it does it, but it makes a great iced coffee without melting all the ice! We also use the foamer/steamer to make cold foam to top our coffee with. The machine is easy to use and easy to clean! I like that it has a removable drip tray for easy cleaning. The main body is easy to wipe off as well. The foamer/steamer has an inner frothing piece that is magnetically attached so it is quick to remove and wash the cup. So far it has held up to daily use (multiple times a day) perfectly fine! This product also comes with a tumbler, which has markings to make a perfect iced coffee. I wish the Mr. Coffee website had tumblers available to purchase, but I was unable to find it. Since others in my family also use this, I purchased another tumbler from another store and it still fits for brewing. Hot drinks are also great! It has the ability to make a concentrated “shot” of coffee to make lattes and cappuccinos. The foamer/steamer base heats up the milk relatively quickly and makes a nice silky foam. As a hack, I have also used the steamer function to make hot cocoa! It’s not just for coffee! Overall, I would highly recommend this! It gets daily use from us and I’ve told my family and friends all about it!!

Loved it until I didn't

It was great, at first. After about a year of use I noticed that the mixer piece inside the frother was breaking down and pieces of plastic and metal were chipping off. I reached out to Mr. Coffee and they said they do not sell replacement parts and would not replace the machine, even though the frother is now unusable for obvious safety reasons. I will not be purchasing a Mr. Coffee product again.

This thing has everything for a coffee lover and even if you're not a coffee lover you can so many different types of drinks. Hot cocoa, lattes, cappuccinos, Etc. The cleanup is so easy and to use it it says simple as adding ingredients to the fill lines and pressing a button. It literally comes with everything you need except for the coffee and flavors you want to add. There's even a special frother on the side I mean what more can you want!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a nifty coffee / latte maker. Very easy to use, just add the water and coffee grounds and press the appropriate button. Makes a normal cup of coffee just as easy as a kuerig would, without the waste - and quicker and much less cleanup compared to a normal coffee pot. Also makes an espresso (or coffee) shot with ease. The frother works very well, and I love that it can make froth and cold foam both. Great design to the machine, and looks great on the counter. Have made several lattes and cappuccinos now, and all have turned out so delicious.

Fantastic! Love the milk frother!

Great three in one coffee machine
