This was a order that I had to walk your staff through how to set up. I ordered another one and you sent it to the wrong state. Your online staff were very ridiculous and could not understand I live in Virginia and you sent it to Indiana. Then you want me to pick it up at a store in Indiana. Finally I was able to talk sense into the second person helping me and they got this orders for pick up near my home. I was supposed to receive a $40 credit back to my account due to a price match on this order Based on the price I paid for the lost one you messed up but I still have not gotten the refund. Your staff are idiots and your company is a mess.

Steep price for a faulty product!
Did not work after one use! We purchased two of these and both stopped working after one use - very disappointing for our boys and for us, considering this is not inexpensive! I’ve tried returning to target and contacting customer care without luck since it’s past the return window. Unfortunately we’d decided it was an outdoor toy so put them away in our heated finished basement to keep them safe for the winter, and upon pulling them out this spring, we got only one run out of them!

Can't believe how good it is.
This thing is an absolute beast. I am struggling trying to figure out why it has such bad reviews. It is insanely fast to be as big as it is. It will last roughly 20 minutes on a full charge which is about the perfect amount of time. I took this thing through mud, sand, steep climbs, and it's taken a good amount of abuse and still works perfect. My 3 year old and i have so much fun playing with this thing. I have 0 bad things to say about it.
