    UNPAID review - Don't buy!

    There’s a reason for all these promotional reviews - where people use it for like a day or week and then write a positive review just for free stuff. It buries actual reviews like mine where I’ve been using the shampoo/conditioner consistently for the last 6 months and am only now linking it (via my doctor) to an INSANELY ITCHY rashy bumpy scalp at the hairline at the back of my neck that developed a month+ ago. Go to Mondays website - you’ll see a ton of other people with reactions like mine that require medical interference to combat symptoms we’ve developed. I’ve never had a reaction before due to hair care, so it’s not my skin being overly sensitive. Something is very wrong with their formula. NOT a clean product as purported. Don’t be fooled by the cute packaging, nice scent and good slip like I was - not worth it. At least I have a terrible rash instead of losing hair like some of these other poor girls reviewing :( yikes Monday - do something!

    No bag

    I had a really frustrating experience with the drive-up pickup service. When my order was brought out, none of my items were in a bag — I was literally handed everything individually and had to juggle it all just to get it into my car. It’s honestly pretty ridiculous, especially since I always receive my orders bagged. When I asked the employee why there was no bag, they just said they didn’t know because they didn’t prepare the order and that it’s handled by a different department. That kind of response is unacceptable — from a customer’s perspective, it shouldn’t matter who prepared it. The service should be consistent and basic things like packaging shouldn’t be overlooked. Overall, this was a really poor experience. It felt disorganized and careless. Definitely not the level of service I expect.

    super hydrating!

I have used it consistently for a while now and I can definitely feel an improvement in texture, breakage and shine. My curls are bouncy and shiny and my hair is sleek when I blow dry/style my hair.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good moisturizing conditioner that is affordable and leaves your hair clean. It has quite a noticeable floral scent that I personally don’t mind, however if you prefer light scents this is not for you. The formula is thick and rich which ensures hydration, however my fine straight hair was weighed down by this product after it dried. I didn’t notice any residue or buildup just a heavy texture that left my already lifeless hair very flat. If you are simply looking for hydration and clean hair only this is a good option, but only for that. This didn’t do much for me personally but for the affordability and hydration it’s not bad.

    Great conditioner!
