Makes a difference

I have been taking this product for about a year and I definitely know if I get to the end of my day, sometimes even by the afternoon, if I have missed taking it. My energy level and clarity of thinking increases when I take this on a daily basis.

Excellent Multi!

I started using these vitamins when I decided to go to an all natural diet that includes organic foods and "superfood" powders. This vitamin is an excellent source of clean nutritional whole foods supplementation. Also, I am very sensitive to vitamins of any kind on an empty stomach; I can take this vitamin in the morning before I've eaten with no nausea. I will definitely keep this multi in my supplement routine!

I like this product.

I tried other whole food vitamins and couldn't deal with having to take 4 - 8 pills each day just to get my multivitamin. I like that this is only one pill a day. It is a good quality product and the price is much more in line with what I'm willing to pay per month for a multi-vitamin.

Great Whole Food Vitamin

This is a great whole food vitamin and is nice that it is convenient to take since it is one tablet a day. It does not upset my stomach like many other multivits have in the past. I have been using this for about a year now and I feel great.
