Seemingly decent

Seems to be a real vitamin that is derived from actual food and not intended to harm you. It is missing some key vitamins though.

It's a mystery to me

Vitamins & supplements...who knows if they're really doing any good? I take them because my diet is less then desirable. Do they help? I couldn't say. But they don't seem to be hurting so I'll continue taking them. Are they a good value? If they truly deliver all the vitamins & supplements they promise, they are a GREAT value. If I bought all the fruits & vegs listed on the jar I'd probably be throwing out most of them because they rotted before I could eat them. Will buy them again? Yes.

Very Pleased

The best multivitamin I have ever used. It is the only one I can take on an empty stomach and not feel either nauseous, or like I dropped a rock into my stomach. I also noticed subtle overall positive changes in my health. I only gave four leaves for value because it is not cheap. But it is well worth it.

I am 64 years old and I have used multi vitamins most of my life. I have found these vitamins to be the very best value for the quality of whole food vitamins on the market. I would recommned these vitamins to all, the womens vitamins are also a great value, as agreed by my wife.

My husband loves this multi

It is important for my husband to take a comprehensive multi once a day for convenience. He loves this one and we were able to discontinue some "extra" single vitamins that he was taking as a result of starting this one. He loves the fact that it is a whole food source vitamin.
