A: Thank you for your question. We do always recommend that you talk with your doctor before starting supplements to make sure this is the right formula for you as an individual. According to your clinical study,there were statistically significant improvements in every measure of iron status: Serum Ferritin, Hemoglobin and Total Body Iron Stores all increased.There were also statistically significant decreases in the severity and frequency of fatigue. Additionally, there were no reports of negative GI side effects typically associated with iron supplementation (e.g. nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation). The iron blood builder is amazing. In 2 weeks, it raised my rbc hemoglobin to over 12. It also increased by ferritin, folate & B12 levels. This is all without side effects ( no constipation).

I first found out about
I first found out about Mega Foods after my mother almost died from severe anemia. We think she became that way partially because she would bleed very heavily on a monthly basis because of the cyst in her ovaries. One morning, she slipped and passed out in the bathroom. So we called the paramedics. After checking her they took her to the hospital to double check everything was okay. When they ran some test they found her hemoglobin was a 2. She should not have been alive nor moving. After a blood transfusion they released her but put her on iron supplements. They were nasty huge black pills that looked about the size for a horse. One day she decided to check out the local health food store for iron supplements and that's where they introduced her to the Mega Foods blood builder. She stopped taking the huge iron pills and switched to Blood Builder. She doubled the recommended dosage and just about doubled the her hemoglobin points each month. Within a couple of months she not only increased it into a healthy range she went a little beyond. After receiving test confirming that her biometrics were in a healthy range she stopped taking blood builder. Now, she only uses it to supplement when necessary. This is why when I need help with my iron or some other supplement, I turn to MegaFoods because I know and have seen first how transformational their products are. Yes, they're a little pricier, but its worth the price. They didn't fail her, so why would it fail me. In fact, I owe the tram from Mega Foods a big thank you. Thank you for helping my mother come back to us. If she had passed away the day she slipped we would've all been ill prepared. I was about 17, the oldest 20, and the youngest 13. So, it would've been a rough life for all three of us. Thank you

Supplements are just the right size and have a pleasant taste and smell. Absolutely no upset stomach or other digestive issues. I have found that I feel a bit more energetic however I have only been taking them few a couple of weeks. I typically take them at lunch with food but have had them a couple of times without food. Either way still no problems. Will definitely keep taking

I first learned about your product by a content creator on TikTok and I decided to give it a try. I had an insatiable craving for ice, I could not help it. And I knew if I continued it would ruin my teeth. So, I started taking the your iron pills and to my surprise, kid you not I haven’t craved ice since(it’s been a month). I’m still in disbelief. Thus far I am seeing changes. I forgot to mention! I do not get that weird feeling in your stomach when you take iron supplements nor am I constipated. I will be trying more of Megafood products.
