MegaFood Blood Builder Vegan Iron Supplement Tablet

I started taking MegaFood Blood Builder after it was recommended by my doula to support my postpartum recovery, and I’m so glad I did. I lost 1500cc of blood during my VBAC and required a blood transfusion, so rebuilding my iron levels while breastfeeding was really important to me. I was initially skeptical, but I had bloodwork done at 8 weeks postpartum and all of my levels have been fully replenished. I’ve had no stomach upset, and I felt comfortable taking this while breastfeeding. It gave me peace of mind knowing I could support my recovery without affecting my baby. I would highly recommend this to other breastfeeding moms who need gentle iron support. It’s nice that you can take it on an empty stomach and don’t have to chase it with Vitamin C like many other supplements require,

This supplement has helped keep my iron levels up. My only issue is the size that I ordered. I usually buy the minis which are much easier for me to take, my mistake. I will pay better attention next time I order them, I definitely recommend them. They’re helped me a lot,

The iron blood builder is amazing. In 2 weeks, it raised my rbc hemoglobin to over 12. It also increased by ferritin, folate & B12 levels. This is all without side effects ( no constipation).

I first found out about Mega Foods after my mother almost died from severe anemia. We think she became that way partially because she would bleed very heavily on a monthly basis because of the cyst in her ovaries. One morning, she slipped and passed out in the bathroom. She stopped taking the huge iron pills and switched to Blood Builder. She doubled the recommended dosage and just about doubled the her hemoglobin points each month. Within a couple of months she not only increased it into a healthy range she went a little beyond. After receiving test confirming that her biometrics were in a healthy range she stopped taking blood builder. Now, she only uses it to supplement when necessary. Love it. Only thing that helps with my low iron. I used to get really dizzy when I stood up but now that’s all gone.

Supplements are just the right size and have a pleasant taste and smell. Absolutely no upset stomach or other digestive issues. I have found that I feel a bit more energetic however I have only been taking them few a couple of weeks. I typically take them at lunch with food but have had them a couple of times without food. Either way still no problems. Will definitely keep taking

Love this product! It helped tremendously with my anemia. What I like most about this supplement is that I don’t have to take it with food because it is food. It also does not constipate. I recommended this to my two cousins and they love it as well!

I love the blood builder vitamins, as they bring up my iron levels but are easy on my directive system. I don’t experience stomach aches nor do I have to deal with constipation, thankfully.
