It's Microsoft's streamlined configuration aimed at students or users who primarily rely on web browsing and basic applications. App Installation: Only allows apps from the Microsoft Store. Microsoft Edge is the only supported web browser. Bing is the default search engine. If you need to install an application that isn't in the Microsoft Store (like Google Chrome, specific printer drivers, or specialized software), you must switch out of S mode. Switching out of S mode is free. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day between 7 am and 11 pm CST.

IT WAS A LITTLE LOW WHEN INSTALLING IT, MAYBE A LITTLE MORE RAM MEMORY WOULD BE OPTIMAL, BUT IN ANY CASE IT DOES VERY WELL FOR USE IN ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS.

Great for kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are a kid and need to do simple task here and there go for it. The computer is very slow and tends to lag a lot of the time. I wouldn’t buy it if you need an everyday computer.

Absolutely Wonderful piece of technology.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size of the idea pad is idea for my commute to and from work, it fits in all of my work bags and is ideal for my online classes. The cost of the laptop was also a plus ad I was on a very tight budget in a short period of time and it was a life saver. Just a few days ago I was thinking of possibly purchasing a tablet to make reading all of my course material a bit easier on my commute home as it's ideal sitting with a laptop on public transportation.

Worth the price

Bought this laptop to replace my old 2012 hp laptop that could no longer update bc it was so old. This new laptop i bought works great very fast, learning the windows 11. Needed a laptop to do my taxes thro out the year for my business. Worth the price.

VERY basic laptop, I wish had done more research

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A bit disappointed, the processor is quite slow, and several apps will not run at all. The WiFi adapter is sketchy at best, as it expreiences difficulty connecting to my very strong home network signal several times a week. The audio is better than most other laptops however. If you like or need to multitask, this probably isn't the machine for you. It becomes very slow and unresponsive when more than two browswer windows are open. Overall, it rings true that you get what you pay for.
