Yes, your Lenovo IdeaPad 1 is compatible with a Wacom Cintiq, but because this laptop is an entry-level model, you have to connect it a specific way. The most important thing to know is that the USB-C port on this laptop does not support video (DP Alt Mode). This means you cannot connect the Cintiq with a single USB-C to USB-C cable. Instead, you must use the "3-in-1" cable method or separate HDMI and USB cables. How to Connect Them To get your Cintiq working, you will need to occupy three ports on your laptop and a wall outlet: HDMI: Plug the Cintiq’s HDMI cable into the HDMI 1.4b port on the left side of your IdeaPad. This sends the image to the tablet. USB-A: Plug the Cintiq’s USB data cable into one of the USB 3.2 (rectangular) ports. This allows the pen to move the cursor. Power: The Cintiq must be plugged into a wall outlet using its own AC adapter. This laptop cannot provide enough power through its USB ports to turn the tablet on. Great laptop for everyday use!

Got this Lenovo for my home office and it’s perfect! It’s super light, runs quietly, and starts up really fast. The 15.6” screen is bright and clear, and the keyboard feels great to type on.
