Does not work
Even after turning off my internal web cam, the luna WILL NOT focus! You can't even come close to reading what is on the paper you're trying to project. What a waste of money!!

Dissapointed
Worked when I first got it but,,,,Sometimes does not work after 9 months of use. Hit or miss. No auto focus. Produces blurry images when I get close (within reason).

Did not work. Teacher's point of view: don't buy.
I have to use Zoom for my virtual teaching needs. This camera did not work for that purpose. I can't rotate the view unless using the program itself. The program opened, but did not work after the first time. Can't use it without twisting the neck as much as possible before it falls because of the imbalance.

Not user friendly but can work with some effort
So this doc cam is very difficult to use, especially with a software disc for those who no longer have the port. With my PC it was a constant struggle to get the doc cam software to open. With my Mac, I couldn't get it to work at all. I downloaded IPEVO visualizer and it does work. Not sure if you can download this for a PC but highly recommended an alternative app to use the doc cam. Not the best quality and others are better for the same price for the quality but if you have it, this may help it to work.

Great camera for teachers-please read
I needed a cheap document camera for virtual learning. The negative reviews are correct in that the software does not download. However, you can just plug the camera into your computer and select it on zoom for demonstrations (bottom screen drop down menu under camera). This also works in Quick Time. The camera can be used for demonstrations and making movies-just what I needed. Simple and easy to use once you give up on the software!!!

This is not the same software that is no the CD-ROM. This software includes user functions that do not function.

Technology not up to date
I am a teacher and bought this to use for distance learning. The only way to get the software is to use a CD. I don't know the last time I had a computer that was compatible with a CD. Technology out of day. Very disappointed.

the idea is great and now in COVID, was a great tool but.... it comes with a CD to install in a laptop..... who has a laptop or desktop with a CD reader... and it was way to complicated to find the drivers online.... sorry Luna but you must get the tech updated!!!!

Doesn't work
I really wish I had read the reviews before blowing the money on this. I have no issues with the filming part but can only get the document camera piece (my only reason for buying it) to work very rarely. Not worth the money!

Because of recent conditions in our lives and going to long distance learning, I needed a reliable document camera to record instructional videos...This is NOT the camera I need. It worked ONCE and has not worked since. Calling their help line DOES NOT HELP - ALL of our agents are busy servicing other clients, please leave a message....Left several with no one getting back to me. Definitely NOT worth the money.

Absolutely useless
I have managed to get the light to turn on exactly once. I have gotten NO images to show up. I can't even tell if it is connected to my computer and there are not instructions or support in my package. A perfectly useless product.

It takes very long to start and sometimes it does not function at all. It also does not funtion with a second camera plugged. To work via skype with it is not practical at all.

Poor Quality Product
Wrote this as part of a donor's choose grant! We are the only school that doesn't receive funding through Title 1 for technology. I wrote a grant to receive this. I am bitterly disappointed! This product is completely unreliable and does not function as advertised. Images are often blurry, and 75% of the time the camera application simply will not start up or crashes in the middle of my lesson. Poor quality and a waste of money.
