I never knew the difference temperature makes
Life changing for me. I struggle with my temperature throughout the day and night and Embr really resolves that problem for me. I work as a mental health therapist and it has been great for quick cooling or focusing waves of warmth. My only issue is the proprietary charger. If I forget my disk and my Embr dies, there is no option to charge it.

Such a Giant Help

Truly Works!
I got this as an early Christmas present. I have been having horrible hot flashes at night and extreme trouble sleeping. The most help I have received so far have been from the Embr Wave. I set it and it almost seems to anticipate and prevent my hot flashes. I’m proud to say I’m 4 nights free of soaking through my bedsheets, waking up freezing cold with drenched hair and pjs. If the Embr continues to help at this rate, I may never take it off again! I am extremely satisfied. I have even used it for the nervous sweats I get that come on without warning. I click my cold session button and I don’t have to worry about soaking through my clothes or getting the nervous sweats. Best gift i have received in…. Ever! Truly has helped my life, I appreciate this gift and all the ways it has improved my sleep and by doing that, my life.

A POTS persons dream
I have POTS and my body temp doesn't regulate itself and the embr wave has helped me so much! My only downside it that it is very bulky on my wrist and the magnetic band is uncomfortable. Though I also have skin sensitivity issues so that could be playing a huge part in why I'm not fond of the band!

Hashi relief
Have only had for just under a week. Downloaded the app today and looking forward to using the all night cool function. The only complaint I have so far is the band. I'm ordering the fabric band and the silicone protector, I hope these two items help with the comfort

Did not work like it was described
I returned the item , still waiting for credit. I bought it for my wife and did not perform like it was stated.

Great find!
I’ve been looking at the ember wave 2 for almost a year now. After stumbling onto one on sale I had to snatch it up. So far I love it and it is WAY better than I anticipated. The warming feature is my favorite, especially since I’m always cold. And the cold wind setting is great for when I’m not feeling well.

I can feel the coolness initially, but then I dont really feel it during the day. I will say that sleeping with ìt has been helpful. I seem to be able to feel it more. I wish the cool area was bigger.

Life-Changing
I have used my Ember Wave 2 for 2 years. I have never experienced something so life changing! I use the cold to cool down on hot days and for menopause support. Just recently I have discovered many uses for the heat, such as right before I get into a cold bed. I can handle anything!

Good features so far
Just received this product today. Works good so far, but the cool setting could be cooler and the warm session max heat is too hot! I won’t be able to use that highest setting because it burned my wrist in seconds.

Miraculous device! Great accessory options!
I bought a black one back in March and it had worked so amazingly that I ordered a rose gold one! The way it works is hard to explain. You definitely feel your hot flash/night sweat come on but as soon as you turn on your wave, poof! Its gone! Its an out of sight out of mind thing. Once the button is pushed, you notice the instant cool and then the waves kick in and you don't notice when but your discomfort is gone. I love my waves! P/S I got the vegan band the second time around and I love it! The metal band pinches and sticks to my gloves at work. I replaced my first band with the velcro band which worked fine but the magnetic vegan leather band is awesome!

When it works, the 8 hour overnight helps
I bought it a few weeks ago. When it works, it seems to cool me down. There are sometime issues with wifi and connecting. Battery life isnt great so I've been trying to only use at night for overnight hot flashes, which is the real issue.

Hey there! If you’re a regular All Night mode user, we recommend trying to get a full charge before bedtime since those 7-9 hour sessions are like a marathon for your Wave. You can also use the Preset function to assign your favorite sleep session to one of your Wave’s buttons. That way, you can just press a button on your Wave to start your All Night session—no need to open the app every night! (Pro tip: You can also save a session with your preferred temperature level and duration by using the Rename function.)
