My thoughts on this product are as follows- it does work, but it is difficult to ensure you coat every strand. So I took it upon myself to finish the job and use the dye in my hands to coat the rest. It covered everything and gave me a beautiful natural brown color, as promised! Which I’m happy about. Unfortunately the bottoms are a tiny bit blonde still but that is probably due to user error. Overall, love the results, indifferent about the process!

I didn’t like this product at all for a couple of reasons. The device ran out of the developer and stopped working. It had a lot of the dye and it stopped working, so I added a new cartridge and it didn’t wanted to work because it wanted to be cleaned. It takes twice as much time dying your hair because it only dispenses very little product at a time. It only dispenses product if you have it tilted. It was way too much work I really don’t fine it very useful in my opinion. I ended up cutting the cartridges open to pour the dye on my hair because the device kept stopping. The color is great, it dye my hair a nice black color but I do have some patches that didn’t dye it. Not my favorite tool for dying hair.
