Description

Judees bulk dehydrated buttermilk powder is great to add to instant mashed potatoes for a smooth and creamy texture. Rehydrate the product by following the reconstitution recipe. Perfect for long term storage and emergency long term food supply as it is sealed in an resealable bag. This dry and powdered product is shelf stable and needs to be stored in proper storage conditions to extend the shelf life. You can use it to add to bread, baking, and cooking recipes. This is gluten free and nut free. You can make your own bread machine mix using milk powder, meringue powder, heavy cream powder, and more for a soft texture. An alternative to Leche en Polvo which is dry milk, or creme fraiche.
