    microphone gives inconstant volume

    Good headset, great warranty policy

    This is a very good headset that worked well until a few months in, when the power button started sticking. And that's where JLab's excellent warranty policy came in. The process was very easy and the replacement was sent to me much faster than expected.

    Not Dependable Enough for Work

    This is my second pair. The first pair had to be returned due to manufacturers defect with the power button getting stuck. I havent even had them for a year and only use them for 3 hours per week. I hope that the new set I just received today via warranty performs better.
