A: They’re not really noise canceling. With the music playing at 25% volume you can still hear people if they’re talking in a moderately loud voice.

A: Press and hold the center power button ( between the volume up and down buttons) for 7 seconds until the light flashes white. Then go into your Bluetooth settings to select heyday headphones.

Q: How do you turn on and off exactly? I have already paired it to my phone and lost the instructions. When I plug it in there is red light which means charging. Once it turns off idk how to turn them on

A: To turn it on you hold the raised button in the middle of the two volume buttons for 5 seconds. To turn it off you hold the same button for 3 seconds and it will automatically disconnect form your device. You’ll know you did it right when you hear a beep and the light turns off.

My grand daughter loved these! Unfortunately, the embellishments started coming off day one after opening and then the power button stuck to the one position but they won’t turn on. And they show ineligible for return 😩 I guess she can wear them as a headband 🤦♀️

The sound quality is ok... but the stones fall off because they are not placed fully on tge glue ripping out my hair because of the exposed glue. Another thing to note is that they are large enough that they don't sit properly on my head.

So cute and they work Great. The heyday Embellishment Headphones do not disappoint. If you love bling, pearls, and that extra girly touch, these will be great for you. They are genuinely lightweight with cushioned ear foams, so they don't hurt my head even after wearing them for hours. The battery life is fantastic. I charge them and barely have to think about it for days. Just got the white ones and they're beautiful. So far all the gems are in tacked but not sure how long it will last, we shall see. Overall, sound quality is really good for its price. It was easy to pair with my phone and love that it came with the chords to charge the headphones as well as the head jack if you decide you don't want to use it via Bluetooth. No complaints here so far.
