Garbage
The device is broken. It won’t shut off, so the battery drains and it constantly connects to my devices when I don’t want it to. I’ve reached out to support who have been largely unhelpful, saying it I pay for packaging I can send it back for warranty repair. I just want a refund at this point.

Great features
Bought these for my trip to China and could not be happier with how they performed. The added fact that you can use them as wired headphones was great as I could plug them into the airline output and watch movies with them.

Great features flawless sound
I just bought my headphones a few weeks ago and ive always been a JBL fan, the sound is phenomenal and the noise canceling feature is very effective and the talk through feature is also very handy. I love that i can connect my device through the app and change the equalizer settings. One more very cool feature is the auto play/pause. When I take my headphones off. Can't wait until I can buy my party speaker!!!! JBL is the gold standard in audio equipment 5*s

Another great product from JBL
I have been using JBL products for decades. These headphones are just as awesome as all JBL products I have purchased. They have more bass than you would expect from just headphones. They are constructed well and you can tell as soon as you pick them up. They feel like quality headphones with metal in the right places, not at all flimsy. They sound great and are very comfortable. The noise canceling feature works great too. You can't hear anything outside the headphones at all with it on. They are also plenty loud and clear. They even can control your device remotely. With the app you can use the EQ and dial in your sound. The battery lasts a long time too.

Stopped working after a month
These headphones, although nice sounding, were a little tight, and stopped working after a month or so. It doesn't charge anymore. I bought it on sale and feel like I was scammed. I like JBL products but I don't know how to feel about this purchase.

should not have bought. They look good, for sure, but are the cheapest sounding headphones i've ever owned. At least plugged in with the supplied cord. I have not tried to connect via blue tooth, but can't see that making much difference. Zero bass frequencies.

Good Bluetooth audio small/tight in large head
Really nice audio quality, as I've had from all JBL so far. The ANC is ok, works great for noises like the heater or other general background noises, and does a good job muting multi people talking. But ANC is not great for individual voices when in quiet places. I was home while partner was on a phone call, and I could hear him clearly over my music even with passthrough disabled. While in the work office with lita of people talking, it treated them all like background noise and worked much better. They are a bit tight, but I do have a big head (need 23+in hats). Even with the tightness, the ear cushions are comfy. The corded audio isn't always as great. Sometimes I I lay get audio on one side, and have to twist the headset jack until audio increases or goes to dual sides (physical issue not a setting)
