The headboard did not align

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The headboard did not align with the base due to what is clearly a manufacturing defect. I sent videos and multiple emails to customer support, and after nearly 3 weeks, I still have a disassembled bed frame sitting in my daughter’s room with her mattress on the floor. Initially, I loved the look and design of the bed, but it’s useless if it can’t actually be assembled and customer service can’t provide any direction or resolution. At this point, I would rather receive a refund and purchase elsewhere, but I can’t even get someone to respond about how to begin that process. Such a disappointing experience.

Exceeded Expectations

Most of the bed was easy to put together but the footboard was randomly really difficult. This was also the first piece of furniture I have built. With that, I still have 5 stars because the bed is beautiful and great quality. Looks even better in person. This bed exceeded my expectations for the price.

Brand New Broken Bed

This bed IS beautiful. There is no denying that. But it's obviously poorly made and/or designed. I agree with the other review- Yes, it was difficult to put together! Even once it is completed, the corner's aren't flush. And today, this brand new bed CRACKED! They are sending me a replacement part. But I can't help but wonder how many times will this happen again? No one was jumping on the bed or using it improperly and it CRACKED! I wish I could just get a refund and choose something from Pottery Barn Kids instead.

Have not received the product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have not received the product yet. This is a reorder as the first bed frame and nightstand were damaged beyond repair. Some parts were glued together wrong. We're hoping when the new furniture replacement arrives in better shape
