Q: Can you control the pressure settings?
A: NO - The Rio only has HIGH pressure, NOT low pressure (that's why it does not have the "Sous Vide" and "Sterilize" programs that the Duo, Duo Plus, and other models with low pressure have).

Q: Does this item have the ability to brown a roast, then cook in the same pot?
