A: NO - The Rio only has HIGH pressure, NOT low pressure (that's why it does not have the "Sous Vide" and "Sterilize" programs that the Duo, Duo Plus, and other models with low pressure have).

This was pathetic. I purchased this crockpot on the website. It was available, in an hour later. Get an email saying the item was out of stock after the fact it let me purchase the item and took funds out of my debit card, knowing the product was out of stock. This was ridiculous. a waste of time I’m not purchasing nothing with target no more if they’re gonna be pulling this crap they need to get their facts straight. Get their information straight. I’d rate this experience no stars.

First time making yogurt and it came out so good! They could add that you need to strain off some of the whey and add a couple drops of rennet other than that, excellent product and instructions!

I read the bad reviews and thought people were overreacting and bought it anyway. Please don’t make that mistake I have no idea what kind of dumb pressure cooker this is. It indeed does take 10 min or more to heat, then when you get to have it cook it says “burn food” and you have to press cancel and reheat it and start the process all over again. Horrible horrible product. Returning asap .
