This is my first time trying anything from this brand Imarais Beauty. I was very excited to be able to try the nourish kind from this brand since I have been suffering from thinning hair. I used to have very thick hair, but as I have gotten older within the past couple of years, my hair has thinned tremendously. I have pretty curly hair And it is prone to breakage. I also get it highlighted during the summer which I know does not help in the strength of my hair. I was really hoping I would be able to notice a difference after taking for 30 days but sadly, I have not noticed any change except less breakage. From experience, I was not expecting to notice anything until about 60 days so I will continue to use and hope for the best. I can’t say the taste is that enjoyable, but it is tolerable and not as bad as other stuff I have tried. It says it is blueberry flavor, but honestly, I cannot Taste any blueberry. The Gummies are easy to chew so no problems there you get used to the taste after a few days. I've been taking the Imarais gummies for hair growth for about 30 days now. Its directed to take 2 gummies daily. It has Reisha & Chaga mushrooms that promote hair growth. Snow mushroom helps with scalp health,and hydration prevents dryness. It's also PETA certified, Vegan, cruelty free, sugar free, gluten free and non GMO. It says sugar free but it is sweetened with stevia. It has a natural blueberry taste. I didn’t love the taste of it because I don't love the taste of blueberry and I also dislike the taste of stevia. It tastes like fake sugar to me. I haven’t noticed a significant difference in my hair yet. I would say that I am shedding less, but other than that I don't notice any other benefits. I was kind of bummed about that, I was really hoping for it to do wonders on my hair since i[‘m always desperate to have my hair go fast. I do wonder that if I use it longer than 30 days that I might see better results.
