Surprisingly disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a Hydroflask fan, and have been for many years. I have a white 16 oz tumbler that's as old as some of my friendships, and it's going strong. I have no complaints about the functionality of the mug, but the outside coating is a dud. After a week or so, some bright yellow stains--the origins of which are a mystery to me--appeared all over the outer surface, and no amount of scrubbing or alcohol or peroxide can remove them. Even an inadvertent mark from a ballpoint pen is impossible fade, let alone remove. I have never had an issue like this with any other Hydroflask tumbler, so I'm hoping this is just a random bad batch. I'm in the process of returning it.

Attractive and nice shape but….
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cup is a nice purple. The size is good. The handle is comfortable. The weakness of the mug is maintaining hot temperature over a couple of hours as I sip my coffee or tea while working. It helps to preheat mug with hot water and pour it out before filling with very hot liquid. I’ve had other mugs that stayed hot significantly longer.
