I am so happy with these knives. Ive had value knives before that unfortunately didnt cut it. This set is great. Super sharp forged blades. Comfortable handle. I like the Santoku in this set. Its not a knife that I used very much before but now I cant live without it.

The set has some of the most used knives in the kitchen and they will thank you for knowing this! Good all around starter set
Without a lot of fanfare, you can prepare many great meals with these three knives. The 7-inch santoku will handle almost everything you need and the serrated utility and 3-inch paring will fill in the precise needs. They feel good, and are responsive as you work because the sculpted handle of Forged Premio knives fits most hands. This handsome line of knives is forged from German steel and made to very exacting standards. The fine edge blades made from high quality stainless steel can take and hold an edge ensuring years and years of enjoyable use. Hone them regularly. The full tang blade runs through the integrated bolster and triple riveted handle for maximum stability and durability. Dishwasher safe, but I always hand wash my knives. I like them to look new and dishwashing detergents are very hard on knives.

Great Set!
This is everything I need for my kitchen. I love how this set comes with a santoku knife instead of a chef's knife because I find it easier to use with it's wide blade. The handles are nice and big so that I can get a great grip while I'm cutting and I love the classic look.

what a nice 3 piece knife set. Super, sharp santoku, a 6" utility/slicer and useful parer. Forged GSS with very comfortable handle...and classic 3 rivets. Get yourself a "pull-thru" sharpener to keep 'em like new!

Called a starter set but actually more of a completer set! I love that this set has a santoku, a serrated utility and the small 3" parer. most come with a chef and a regular utility, often a 4" parer. These knives suit most purposes better than the other sets. and you cant beat the price!

This set is a little unique because it comes with a santoku. This is the perfect knife for chopping fruits and vegetables. It makes chopping an onion a piece of cake! The serrrated utility is perfect for anything that's hard on the outside and soft on the inside; think oranges, tomatoes or a package of sausage. And of course, the paring knife is key to any task you have to hold in your hand. This is such a good value because the knives are forged from German steel. You know they are going to be sharp and stay sharp. The three rivet, curved handle is very comfortable and durable.

Three great knife profiles
This value set is a great way to get three handy knives you may not have in your collection. The Santoku is great for chopping and has hollow pockets on the edge to help keep the food from sticking as you slice and chop. All three are forged for a sturdy feel and the handle has a nice comfortable curve in your hand.

3 piece starter sets are one of the best gifts, as I got one myself years ago. I have used and used it and it holds up well and continues to cut, slice and dice well after all these years. I love the curve of the handles as it gives me a good grip and feels comfortable.
