Easy to Clean - Bamboo is naturally non-porous and doesn't absorb liquids or retain smells. It is easy to clean by rinsing with warm soapy water and not suitable for dishwashing. As bamboo is naturally more resistant to harmful bacteria than wood, it is a very hygienic surface for food preparation.

I was so excited to receive my Master Chef cutting boards until they came. The package came unsealed, the inner plastic paper had been opened, and the cutting boards had black stuff on them. I expect better from Target and any merchant they choose to do business with. I am extremely disappointed with my boards.

Do not recommend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not care for the quality of those cutting boards. They feel very cheaply made and hollow. Since they are done for if wood is be very concerned about any liquid near them as they are not sealed. The smallest board already feels warped.

It is a set of 3 so it does any job needed. I love them. I garden so I need to chop a lot. I used to cut on counters which is a no no. Great set, love them.
