Don't buy!!!
This model has given me trouble after the second brew in it. I have a larger more advanced model for home and love it. This one literally clogs after every brew and I end up cleaning messes up. i bought it for work and never yook the time to return it and I should have. I wasted my money for sure with this.

No matter what you do it always taste watered down, stronger button does nothing. Half the time it doesn’t even pour the water so you have to do it all over again. Waste of money.

Not hot enough
I bought one like 6 years ago, my coffee came out concentrated, extremely hot and delicious. After the mold scandal, when the machine gave out, I didn’t buy again. Here I am, bought it and boy was I disappointed. The coffee tastes bitter, same brand I use. The water was hot but not hot enough as a cup of coffee should if that makes sense. I love my coffee scolding hot. This was a return.
