It takes forever to heat up and then eventually to cool down and doesn’t even cook the pizza evenly/properly. One of the worst purchases I have ever made. If you want to wait 30-45 minutes for an unevenly cooked frozen pizza this is for you.

The oven took forever to get hot and when set for thin crust, the cooking time indicated on the preset (6 minutes), the pizza wasn't even close to being done. We finally gave up and used our regular oven.

Great Performance for the Money
Giving 5 stars for performance vs price. Easy to use, fast warm up to 800 degrees. I have been making Neapolitan style pizzas for a few years in my brick pizza oven. The Gourmia did OK, I didn't get classic spots on the dough but I did get a decent spring on the crust. I am excited to try NY style pizza. One tip: before first use, you need to run it at max temperature for 20 minutes. Do it outside if possible to avoid the indoor fumes coming off the new heating elements.

Pizza stone in your airfryer over better and cheaper
To each their own and lots of counter space. The unit i bought would constantly burn the top and leave bottom crust half cooked; i returned it. I most likely got a defective unit, BUT I got an idea. I have a air fryer cosori oven. I boughtht a "pizza" stone fo $13, slide it in the bottom and have cooked A LOT OF PIZZA..

Best little oven

Level up your pizza game!
First time with a pizza oven and the results are great! I found it did a better job on the second pizza onward after it had some more time to preheat. Dough thickness is critical and you have to get it thin or it undercooks. Overall love it! Don't forget to follow the manual to burn off the manufacturing oils before you put food in it.

Good machine with some quirks
This pizza oven is 80% great. Like others have mentioned, the seal on the door isn’t lock tight and does let steam out. Usually that’s just during the heat up phase. Unfortunately our unit did start malfunctioning and Gourmia support is sending us a new one. When it was working correctly it created great Neapolitan style pizzas, you just have to use quality dough. We’ve been buying ours from local pizza shops and have had the best luck with those. Air frying is okay but harder to use than a normal air fryer since it doesn’t have a shaking basket. When taking out the basket and setting it down it usually gets oil all over the counter where you set it. Overall a good machine to be able to do a lot of functions at an affordable price!

Door has no seal, steam leaks out
The door has no seal, thus all the steam and heat is lost when one starts cooking a pizza. This is a major flaws. This prevents the crust to spring up, as most of steam and heat leaks through the door. An insulation needs to be added to the door for this to be a good pizza oven

Amazing machine!
I wanted an electric pizza oven but the fact this had an air fryer on it and I was able to eliminate my same brand air fryer from my counter top real estate and use this was awesome. The air fryer works great and heats up fast and the neopolitan pizza function makes a restaurant quality pizza. I use a biga dough with 00 flour and long ferment. I hope they never sell this out because I almost want to buy a second just in case it needs replacing. Great product !!!!!!!

Extremely impressed with this pizza oven. Restaurant style bubbly crust. Perfectly cooked top and bottom. It does take time to preheat, but you can do that while prepping pizza. It’s nice that it does baking and air frying but it’s a little small for those purposes.

Homemade pizza
After seeing many tiktoks decided to jump on the homemade pizza bandwagon. I bought for the prize and was pleasantly surprised. Pizza turns out amazing and so much better than the regular oven! As an added bonus, I didn't realize until i bought it that it is also an air fryer.

Pizza perfection
My daughter and I are HUGE pizza fans!! Especially on Saturday nights. Now with this new air fryer and pizza oven combo we can take our pizzas to the next level. Found my new best friend. As a pizza lover my whole life, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this affordable and easy to set up pizza oven. Indoor friendly was a game changer for me as I didn't even know that was an option. It comes with a pizza stone as well as a booklet that offers 28 delicious recipes, including mains, sides, and desserts. Although my original intent was for pizza, after sorting through the recipe book I'm now inspired to make so many things. This indoor grill has an airfryer setting and can also be used as a convection oven. I'm so excited to try it out. I also have to add that the oven rack, baking pan and air fryer basket are all dishwasher safe which is a HUGE plus as a busy mom. Back to the pizza, we made pizza in it last night and it came out delicious. The crust was perfect thanks to the presets. Looking forward to trying many new things!

Was a bit skeptical of all the 5 star reviews. Purchased it to make pizza inside as the weather is turning in upstate NY. Instructions were extremely easy and was cooking pizza inside no time. All 3 of the pizzas I cooked turned out fantastic and was comparable to the results I get with my wood burning pizza oven. So far so good. Glad I didn’t spend 900$ on the ooni.
