Rough floss. Maybe only use the pick.
I threw them out because I didn’t even feel right giving them away after trying one. I have been a daily flosser for decades and have healthy gums but one single use of these was so uncomfortable I thought it made them bleed. It felt like flossing with a thread of fabric.
