A: Hello, Thanks for reaching out. All COVID tests approved on the market are subject to efficacy testing against new strains of the virus. Regular monitoring is in place by the manufacturers when a variant is formally identified, and a clinical analysis is documented with testing as required. To date, mutations observed in the virus have not impacted the target region reacting to the test technology; but this will continue to be monitored. A: Thanks for reaching out about the expiration date. The average shelf life for FaStep Covid-19 test is 24 months from the date of manufacture. We suggest always checking the individual pack you want to purchase to view expiration for that specific pack.

A: Thanks for emailing about identifying the FaStep expiration date. Expiration dates for your test kit can be found on the right side panel of the retail pack, and on the foil pouch sealing the individual test. The format looks like, "EXP: YYYY-MM-DD" to tell you the Year, Month and Day. An example of expiration dating would look like, "EXP: 2026-09-23". The expiration dates may vary on different tests based on when that test was manufactured (this is normal), but the location of where to find the "EXP" date will be the same on each box or pouch.

Easiest test ever!
Picked up this test because I have a the sniffles and I have a doctor's appointment coming up. I don't feel comfortable passing germs. This was so easy to use and I got a positive right away. I'm so glad I used my mom senses and bought the test. I canceled my doctor appointment, and here I sit!

Not accurate if no symptoms
This was VERY easy to use but I literally looked up a chart of how accurately this detects covid compared to a PCR test. This showed me negative twice. Meanwhile, CVS was giving me a positive result. I have never had a false positive before and my partner was also testing positive. The chart of accuracy says that with no symptoms, it only detects Covid about 50% of the time. A bit more accurate if you have symptoms but definitely gave me a false sense of security.

Great Covid at home pen test
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These at home pen tests are great and time saving. They’re much more simple than others we’ve tried. The instructions are simple and clear. The accuracy is spot on and the sensitivity of the ink gives us a sense of relief. We don’t have line eyes and keep looking at the test it’s quite clear. I recommend these they are great!!

The test is easy to administer, the directions for use are simple to follow, and the results are easy to read. The fact that everything that you need is all together in one disposable vial is so convenient. You just swab, push it down, wait 15 minutes for the result, then throw it all away!

Having these tests to verify whether that is what we had or if I was still testing positive. Having all the testing materials in one item instead of the swab, liquid, and test separately made things so much easier. Will definitely seek out these tests again in the future.

I was able to do is pretty fast and got my results quickly. The packaging is also pretty good. The test pen isn’t rough either so I had no sensitivity issues.
