Q: Once the ice is made does it stay frozen in unit? Or do u have to move cubes to freezer

We recommend that you use the ice cubes as soon as possible or transfer them to an insulated container or refrigerator for storage to prevent them from melting. Torched snow man
This is one of the worse ice maker Ive owned. constanly making melted spheres. Keep indicating that its out of water, but still is full. In 8 hours, I have about 4 melted Ice balls and 4 deformed Ice balls. will not make anymore balls because the low water symbol came on, but water is a little below the max line. I will return and purchase from a reputable company that will stand behind their product. Been back and forth with customer service via email and get now where but pointing fingers and blemming me using hot water and that my room enviroment is warm when my home is 68 degrees, well ventilated, also water is from my cold refridgerator reverse osmosis. Those that gave this ice maker a 5 star, you must work for them!!!

Excellent ice maker
Bought this ice maker a few weeks back to use in our basement bar area and it's phenomenal! Not only does it look great, but it keeps our drinks cold throughout the night. Recently brought it with us camping as well and it was so nice having ice on demand. We used the extra ice to keep our drinks cooler chilled throughout the week too saving us money on daily ice. 10/10 would recommend!
