Q: Are there lids for ember mug?

For best care and maintenance, we would recommend rinsing your mug with water soon after finishing your beverage to avoid letting it sit on the paint for too long. For best results, we also recommend hand-washing the Ember with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge.

    My review

    My wife bought me one a couple years ago and it’s awesome. However, I bought this one for her as an anniversary gift and it has a major problem. The battery only lasts for 25% of what mine last. It’s a good product but it’s annoying to have to place it on the charger all the time instead of being able to carry it throughout the house.

    Good product, but my unit has connectivity issues

    I really love the Ember Mug 2, and honestly, everyone in my family has one and enjoys using it daily. It’s a great product when it works as intended and keeps coffee at the perfect temperature, which is something we all appreciate. However, my particular mug has had ongoing issues. Every time I use it, I have to reset and reconnect it just to get it to start warming my coffee. I’m not sure what is wrong with it, but it’s been very frustrating. Unfortunately, by the time this issue started happening, my return window had already closed, so I’m stuck with this unit. I still like the product a lot, but this experience has been disappointing compared to the others in my family.

    2nd ember mug

    this is my 2nd ember mug--the first one was given to me as a Christmas gift from my son; it lasted 2 years and then the battery would not stay charged. I have been using my new mug for about 2 months now and I love it.

    Great mug

    My wife loves the mug that I got her and now her drink always stays warm. I wouldn’t waste my money on the personalization though, it was too much money for something that’s not very noticeable and would have liked more customization for the price.

    Bad review of a sensational product

    Ember asked me what I thought about the new mug I bought and my review is based not on this particular mug but about the reason I am buying this one, my 5th or 6th Ember mug is because they don’t last. Either the pins stick and it won’t heat or it says it’s at temperature and it isn’t. And because the product is something so great I can’t live without, I keep spending ridiculous amounts of money replacing them in hopes that they will improve upon the very common complaints all Ember customers are familiar with. And their customer service is useless. I’ve tried taking the base apart to pull the pins up. Apparently there are many Youtube videos showing ways to fix it that requires soldering that is beyond my capabilities. So Bad review for a good product.

    Need better charging coaster

    I love my Ember . . . when it works. I have forgotten how many replacement coasters I've bought. The charging pins get stuck and become inoperative. I finally gave up and decied to try a competive model. I wish Ember would do a redesign of these charging coasters.
