Q: Can I take one out of the freezer and put it in the oven, or will it break?

A: I definitely wouldn't. Fast temperature changes seem to be bad. I was adding eggs to mine (that had been out of the fridge for 10 minutes) to a cooked hash brown base and the hot + cool causes two to crack.

Quality tempered class should not break like this, so this product obviously has NOT been tested properly before being sold. And this is the 2nd time it’s happened to me.

Best storage/ meal prep/lunch containers you'll ever buy

They work great for meal prep, for taking your lunch to work, for making space in the fridge instead of having that ginormous pan of lasagna. So conveniently made with the silicone base you can conveniently grill something and keep it wa in the oven if the remaining food isn't ready. Tried it yesterday and it worked great! So glad I stumbled upon this brand!

Superior quality freezer, oven, microwave safe storage/food prep containers.
These storage/food prep containers are by far my all time favorites. I originally stumbled upon them as a used purchase and since have bought multiple sets and storage containers for my pantry! Little did I know at first these stemmed from LEAPFROG BRANDS, I LOVE LEAPFROG! Now I’m in the know so are you if you're reading this! They are safe (without the plastic lid) in the oven and microwave, as well as freezer safe. Common sense prevails to avoid sudden temperature changes as well as if you put hot stuff and it air locks to run it under hot water to slowly break that lock. Glass is thick and quality is superior.

The silicon on the bottom prevents slipping, my food heats up evenly, and it’s not hard at all to clip the lid closed like a lot of glass containers are. Perfect for on the go lunches! I haven’t stacked them yet so I can’t say how much space is used in the cupboard. Note that the lid is plastic throughout, but it’s still very good quality!

I bought two of these at my local grocery store a few months ago to try and I love them so much I’m here online to buy more directly. I cook extra at dinner to create homemade meals for work lunches and I have used all types of plastic containers to freeze at home then heat in the break room. Unfortunately those never last long; they warp, stain, smell and are not eco-friendly for either the planet or my budget. These glass containers are great for dishing hot food into, they freeze well, and while glass is heavier than plastic they’re not too heavy to bring in my small lunch tote. So glad I made the plunge to try freezer-safe glass finally!
