Q: Did the formula change? I bought one that was thicker and thought I got an old tube but when I repurchased, the new one was still thick! So I went to another store and thick there too.

    Why did DUO change the formula :(

    It doesn’t dry the same and it is SO MESSY. Why does the glue look like a cheap fix that one would put to patch a hole in a tire for temporary use? Yuck.

    New formula is garbage!

    They changed the formula and it is garbage! I have used the dark tone glue for ~10 years and now I look like I’ve never applied lashes in my life! Not only do my eyelashes peel and lift very easily, but it ruins the bands. I used to get 4-7 wears out of my lashes and they are ruined within 1-2 now. Fix it!!

    My favorite lash glue

    I have been using this lash glue for about 3 years now, and 2 years ago i did not have an allergic reaction to it. But this year i started noticing that the product causing my eyes to feel kind of burning sensation, and my eyes would get heavy and watery. I dont know if its because i also have sinus infection and allergies or my skin is starting to get an allergic reaction to it. But i love the lash glue so much because its affordable and long lasting and a little goes a long way.

    Horrible new formula

    I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve been using this glue for nearly a decade no problem but ever since they did the new formula it’s been trash. It doesn’t stick on the lash line makes a big mess that doesn’t come off easy and it’s so frustrating. I wish they’d bring the old ones back. Do not buy unless you’re ok with wasting $.

    Hate the new formula, I’ve used this glue for 10 years and so disappointed by this company. Emailed them and haven’t heard back. New formula doesn’t dry down well and product gets everywhere. After some research, I’ve switched to the KISS clear glue in the tube. Hope this helps anyone who was blindsided by the new formula and in need of a new glue that’s comparable to the old formula.

    The new formula for the black lash glue doesn’t work well. It doesn’t last at all and it’s actually too black making it look unnatural. I used it for over 10 years with amazing success and now I’m searching for a substitute.

    New formula is black instead of gray drying to black, doesn't dry, and doesn't work as a glue. It just looks like tar and there is no gummy finish to dry the lashes on to your lashes. Horrible.
