Great eyeliner! Doesn't smudge, but is easy to get off. My only issue with this product is that when it dries, it gets sort of crusty and hard. But it is a really great product! Buy this!!

I love ELF products, but this one was awful! It smudges throughout the day. I had to wipe my eyelids every hour due to the eyeliner smearing. Not worth it at all.

Eyeliner is patchy and the felt tip is very stiff, which pulls at my skin. If I try to go over a patch, it just removes any eyeliner in that area. It also smudges off easily. I only gave it two stars for the price, but you get what you pay for with this product.

10/10 gave my husband some of that good ole hawk tuah and it didn't smear . It's a win for me

The only liner I use! I have used many and tried new know, I always go back to this! The brush is the right stiffness without moving around and causing smudges. I’ve worn in on vacation in the heat for hours and it always stays on. Love it!

When I bought this eyeliner maybe 2 years back, it was great! Stayed on after a night of crying, and was smudge proof and lasted until I used makeup remover. I bought one a week ago and it does not stay put like this formula used to. I’m disappointed, but it is still easy to use and bold.

I love it except it dries out fast! I’ve had it for 6 days and it’s done! I don’t know if it’s just me…but I’m going to exchange for another and see if it was in the shelf too long?

The eyeliner itself does the job and I like the formula however it drips and leaks constantly. At this point, I’m pretty sure at least half of the liquid is either in the cap or smudged on my fingers. I do keep it upright when not in use.

The formula is nice, I would like it more if it was matte, however, it dried out after only using it once. The tip itself isn’t picking up product and only the the sides are AND it’s hard to build a nice wing.
