The Dreame Vac 500 has genuinely elevated my home cleaning routine. it's powerful enough to lift dust, crumbs, and pet hair from both hard floors and carpets with ease, and the self-emptying/auto-cleaning dock means I spend way less time maintaining it. Setup was a breeze, and the app makes it simple to schedule and tailor cleaning sessions to fit my week. I love that it quietly navigates around furniture and transitions between surfaces without getting stuck. For any one that wants a smart, hands-off clean and convenience of automatic mop care, this little robot is a game- changer!

This device has shown me I was wrong to wait so long to purchase a robotic vacuum. It cleans great and the swing out brush and mop pads really get the corners and along edge great. But even most important to me is my recent experience with customer service. The support person walked me through step by step how to clear the problem and also through setting changes to prevent it again. In addition to helping me by phone he waited for me to start a test run to confirm it was working perfectly again but he also sent me a guide on the various settings to help me set them to optimal for my house and floor types. Between the cleaning but the service too...this is a combo for a great device and company I'll buy from again.

This vacuum is by far the best I've ever owned, it never gets caught on wires and it works perfectly. I also like the color, it looks fancy!

My new favorite thing! This was my Christmas present to myself , and I am so, so happy with it! I especially love that it self empties and both mops and sweeps! Truly is a dream!

Extremely pleased with this Dream Vac! The brand says it all. It took me less than 5 min to set it up. Download the app, scan the QR on the machine and it walked you through setup faster than I imagined. The mop pads and the brush swing out to get into all the books and crannies. My area is primarily carpet with a smaller section of tile. The machine transitions seamlessly and detects if it turns on the mops or not based on floor type. I have a large area about 1700 sq feet and it makes the whole cleaning cycle on one charge. I couldn't be more pleased with the product and have no issues. Great vac that saves time and work for me!

Love!!!! So easy to set up and the name speaks for itself. This vacuum is a literal dream. Quiet, works amazing, gets every nook and cranny. Highly recommend to everyone with kids and pets who has to vacuum daily!

Absolutely love my new go vac 500. It leaves my laminate floors spotless. It does an amazing job at cleaning carpet too. With its powerful suction it picks up all of my dog’s hair as well as other small debris and dust. The most impressive feature is the mopping of course. Auto cleaning of mopping pads keeps my hands free and hot water and air drying is an added bonus. The vacuum and the base work pretty quietly. The app is user friendly and simple to navigate. It provides great functionality and features for scheduling the cleans around the house. Overall, it cleans large areas perfectly and seems to hold battery very well. It avoids obstacles and moves flawlessly around them. My daily cleaning has become truly effortless. I just need to make sure it doesn’t run out of water and empty wastewater on time. The app sends the reminders, so I don’t think this will ever be a problem.

So excited !!!!! I can't believe this actually does what it says. This things is slow BUT so worth it. Don't watch it for long because it's like paint drying but it gets the job done. It goes out initially and creates zones for your area and makes the distinction between carpet and hard wood. In one pic you can see how dirty the water was after just doing one small bathroom. Yuck. It's all on your phone to watch. It mentions taking pics of your dogs while it working. I'm looking forward to seeing that too. My husband is even sold on this guy -which says a lot. :)

Why did I buy one of these sooner? So easy to set up. The app is very user friendly as well. I'm blown away by the technology. I have fun tracking it on the app. It gets every nook and cranny. It is a little bit loud but I will take that over never having to vacuum AND MOP ever again. I love that you can schedule it and choose specific rooms right on the app. Great purchase.

Took maybe 20 minutes to set up, super easy. It maps your space on it's own and can determine the difference between hard floor and carpeted so it doesn't mop the carpet. It's also able to get over my roughly 1inch threshold between rooms. The robot tells you when it's charging, when it gets stuck, etc. The app is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I have a pet pig who drools a lot and I'm constantly mopping. Now I don't have to! And my pet pig is normally pretty afraid of my regular vacuum, but is not at all afraid of this one. Wish I had purchased this sooner!

I have been waiting for so long for a great robo vacuum. This came in yesterday and it didn't take long at all to put together and get working! Our home has half carpet and half wood, and it was exciting to see it map out our entire main floor and calculate the areas where it needed to go to make sure it cleaned the entire area surface. The app feature is also incredibly helpful. I love that I can get it to work and change settings via my phone. The best part in my opinion about this is the mop feature. Mopping our wood floor is not done frequently enough at our home, and this feature by far is what I'm most excited for! The volume while it's working is not bad. You will clearly hear it while it's doing its thing, but at the same time, it is not distracting. I love the idea that I can sip my coffee and watch it work. This just might be on future gift ideas for family members! It was was fairly easy to set up as it comes with good illustrated instructions with one step at a time. Once it was set up and did a mapping of the floors, it was ready to use. So easy to use, just runs as directed thru the app on my phone. It does a great job of cleaning and actually does the whole house with a full charge and doesn't need to recharge in-between. The mop heads actually clean themselves which is so nice. There is little noise while it runs and lets you know when it finished. I am so happy with this purchase, it sure makes cleaning my floors so much easier and they look so nice when my little robot is finished.

This vacuum is not only beautiful, but quiet and picks up well. Took a couple minutes to get it set up. Download the app and get it charged. I had an iRobot which finally went Kaputt. Since this one was on sale, I thought I’d give it a try. It works beautifully and I like the extra feature of being able to mop. Vacuuming and mopping are my least favorite chores. So getting those done with a little help from me, makes my life a lot easier. Make sure you put it on the charger or the correct way. I had it in backwards and didn’t charge. Also make sure you take out all the packaging on the actual robot because there’s some padding in there that must be removed. Also, if you’re not mopping, you can set the mop heads to stay up off the floor from the app. I have it placed in the corner behind a chair in it stays hidden, but the vacuum can still make it to the base. It was a Christmas present to myself.

I purchased this vacuum after using several other robot vacuums which required a lot of work, cleaning and maintenance. Setting up the vacuum was fairly quick and the app is easy to use for young and older parents. The suction power is pretty good and auto cleaning saves a lot of time. With over 800ft on one floor, the vacuum cleaned it end to end in a single charge. Interesting the sound during operation is also much lower compared to the other robot vacuums that I have used in the past. Considering I live in a single family home, I would need another vacuum for the second floor as the vacuum cleaner syncs up with the base and moving them can be challenging. The vacuum did a great job on tile and hardwood flooring. Considering once you setup the app and the cleaning schedule, this vacuum does a great job and optimizes my life to a good extent.

We recently upgraded our robot vacuum. This is the best robot vacuum we’ve ever used! It sucks up everything in its path. It mops up stains and moves around things instead of bumping into stuff. It never gets stuck and charges really fast. We are so excited with this purchase. Definitely will be getting a 2nd one for our upstairs.

This vacuum mop is a fantastic addition to any cleaning arsenal. Setting it up was straightforward, thanks to the easy-to-follow step-by-step guide included in the package. The suction power is impressive, effectively picking up small debris. Additionally, it has a relatively quiet operation. Another great feature is its self-emptying function, in addition to automatically cleaning the mop pads. I love it!

This robot vacuum has changed my life…I can now do other chores while this vacuums AND mops my floors! AND it cleans and empties itself. It blends nicely into one corner or the house and was easy to put together. The only thing that took some time was figuring out the app but really not too bad.

Do not walk, run and get this for yourself! This thing is amazing! It vacuums and mops. You can choose to do it at the same time or vacuum then mop. It has a deep clean option. It separates the dirty water and has a bag for dry debris. It has an arm that slides to the side to get under furniture a little. I have had a eureka, roomba, and shark vacuum and this one leaves them all on the dust.

This robotic vacuum was purchased to replace an old one that we have had for years and stopped working. This one is so effective to set up and does a fantastic job at cleaning the floors. The self docking and cleaning function really make this so easy to use. We set this up in a finished basement area and I can start it before I head to work and I come back to a very clean floor. It’s also nice because it can easily get under the areas that I cannot. Battery life has been good so far and it seems to get everything done before needing to charge. I am happy with this and happy with how quietly it does the job as well!

After doing research on house vac and mop unit, I decided to purchase the Dreame Go Vac 500. This unit was for a replacement of an old, first generation house vac. The new vac / mop is built like a tank. The packaging and quality is great. The unit was easy to set up and get it going. My only hiccup was getting it connected to wifi network. If you follow the video on the app, it will be easy. I didn't for the first few times 😜 The suction power and cleaning is beautiful. My old unit did not pick up as well and did not have the mop option. Thus far, it is a great addition to the family. Wife loves her new helper...and do does the kids. Definitely a keeper.
