Downlite Spira Medium Density Pillow Cluster Puff Queen

Having tried so many pillows to alleviate neck pain due to degenerative discs and surgery I can say these pillows help. I do need 2 of them to get the correct support, but I have less pain now. They are a little crinkly/ noisy, but using a pillows case helps.

These are the characteristics I’ve been looking for. I hope these nice features will endure. My one concern is the pillow’s cover which seems a bit stiff or plastic sounding.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I simply adore these pillows. I usually gravitate toward firm/flat memory foam pillows. I experienced these during a recent hotel stay; I was really worried that I would not sleep well on these squishy marshmallows, but OMG I was wrong! My neck/shoulder tension was drastically improved (yes, I was on vacation and that helped too!), and I loved sleeping on these pillows so so much that I took photos of the tags before flying home. Beyond the exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and comfort of these pillows, the customer service from Downlight is simply bar none. I had trouble locating the right model number; faq's gave explicit guidance on how to match hotel pillows, as well as a treasure trove of guidance on how to best adapt their pillows to your preferences using covers etc. So much really clear, really useful information at my fingertips. Then, I had a missing item in my shipment, and the entire order resolution process was just great. Everyone I spoke to responded in a snap, provided great information with unmatched kindness and professionalism, and I just cannot say enough how wonderful the whole process was. Great customer service is not super common, but Downlite's team truly made me feel like a red carpet VIP. It's really special to find a company with a fantastic product, AND impeccable customer care, AND reasonable prices. I am very happy to call myself a Downlite customer. Keep doing your great work!
