Pillows are hard and lumpy, never fluffed up. Didn't come with a removable cover. Feels like a gross hospital pillow. Packaging is not as pictured. Would rate as zero stars. Will be returning. Don't buy!!!!

NOT LIKE THE HOTEL PILLOWS.

First off I hate when they vaccum seal pillows, they never ever puff up the way they claim it will. 2nd, they are definitely not soft and airy like they made it seem. They are semi heavy and they definitely didn’t come with any kind of cases or covers like they claim. Thank god I paid only 30 something versus the 80 they originally were. I’m very very disappointed. See, a price tag doesn’t always mean better. :( they never puffed up and they stayed very thin.
