[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cuisinart Radiant Pro 12" Stainless Steel Fry Pan is an amazing addition to the kitchen. The pan feels sturdy, well-built, and truly premium. It heats up quickly and cooks food evenly without any hot spots. Searing, sauteing, and frying all turn out great in this pan. The stainless steel surface cleans up much easier than expected a quick soak or scrub brings it back to a shiny finish. The handle stays comfortable to hold, and the pan feels balanced even when full.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So many things to say about this pan. First I want to mention that it is NOT “non-stick” so we can get that out of the way. You will need to add some oil or butter to this. Now onto the things I did love. The style is sleek and absolutely beautiful with the darker stainless steel handles. The pan is heavy and very well made which I love. The best part…I cooked two eggs, over-easy, and they literally did not burn. It was like the perfect cooking temperature all the way through. I can definitely see why this has a higher price range and why so many people would love it if you love to cook.

I love that it has the extra handle as this is a bit heavier pan so putting it on the stove and taking it off is so easy. It heats up evenly and quickly. There isn’t a non stick coating but I’ve used this pan several times and I have had very little issue with food sticking and absolutely no trouble cleaning it, I just use a light scrubber and it easily comes clean and looks like new. There are several pans in this set and I plan on purchasing them all.

Our stove is very finicky and the largest burner is never used because the pan has to be the size of the burner and this one is huge! This pan is really big and it fits perfectly in the back burner so it will be used all the time. It’s very heavy and sturdy and hopefully will last many years. See the size in the picture with a regular slice of bread.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a large 12-inch skillet for cooking family meals and this Cuisinart one is great! It feels very solid without being heavy. I cooked breakfast sausages and it held the full package and the pan heated quickly and evenly on my gas stove. The handles feel smooth in your hand and they stay cool which a nice feature. The handles have a darker titanium finish which is a nice pop of color against the high polished exterior of the pan. I wash pans by hand to save room in the dishwasher but I like that it is dishwasher safe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice stainless steel skillet with a helper handle which makes it easier to use, considering how heavy stainless steel pans are. I really like that this pan can be used on the stove as well as in the oven for baking a skillet. The cooking surface definitely got very sticky when making burgers, however it cleaned up effortlessly and came perfectly clean.

This was my first time using stainless steel so that takes a bit of getting used to. But once you do it’s fantastic! It’s easy to clean and not as sensitive as nonstick pans. I also love not having to worry as much about using soft utensils when cooking. Would buy again!

Admittedly, I don’t know that it’s actually bigger than “standard” size but it is at least 2 inches bigger than all my other skillet pans! It heat up SO quickly- which is a reminder to make sure you are nearby on your first heat to season the pan. There was no scraping the eggs to flip them and no cracking/breaking in the process. Easy peasy!

I have only used it a couple times, but from the moment I started cooking, I noticed how evenly it warmed up. So far, nothing has stuck to it and it has been very easy to clean. The size is great – it is big enough for a good amount of food, but it doesn’t take over the entire stove top. The stainless steel feels like it will last, and I love the little helper handle. Overall, it is a great frying pan that I am excited to use often.

It got very hot very quickly and I burned the first batch of food I attempted to cook but the pan cleaned up easily. I was then able to turn down the heat on my stove and had no trouble cooking with this pan after that. Allowing the pan to get hot before adding the food helps keep things from sticking to the bottom.

I love this brand and am impressed with how sturdy this stainless steel pan is. I do wish that it came with a lid especially given the price, but one of our kids that we had at home worked well with it. The handle is very nice and sturdy. I highly recommend it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pans are very nice. Sturdy handle design with an additional hold handle on the opposite side of the pan! Be careful thought because that additional handle can get hot when cooking on the stove top. In the photo I cooked 2lbs of ground beef and had zero issues with the meat fitting in the pan. The clean up was also a breeze. The pan rinsed clean and then was easily washed by hand.

I like that it’s made of safe materials, yet still was not a challenge to work with and avoid sticking. The second handle is handy for holding the pan steady when it’s hot, heavy, or you’re scraping out the contents. I trust Cuisinart products and this pan has the quality I expect from the brand.

Overall the size is perfect for larger dishes as well as as cooking chicken. Everything seemed to cook really evenly and we absolutely love that to handle state cool in case one of the kids grabbed it overall we highly recommend the skillet. It’s well-made wash as well and cooks perfectly.

I appreciate the extra handle on this set also being radiant because it doesn’t heat up and can be safely grabbed while cooking to have a firm grip on both sides of this pan. The shape of the main handle is comfortable and easy to grip. The pan cooked evenly and takes no time to heat up, like most stainless. We love it!

Not only does this heat in literal seconds and result in a fast and even cook time, but the fact that I can put this into my dishwasher has me sold. We have an expensive ceramic brand of cookware and it's a huge pain and I spend hours cleaning it and worrying about scratching or breaking it. These are sturdy and solid, and win out over my ceramic brand in literally every category except maybe aesthetics. Will be using these going forward. The aesthetic tradeoff is worth it for the time and cooking benefit!

This is a nice large size and cooked enough meat for our family of 7. It seems to heat quickly and evenly and gave a nice sear to the meat. I will note that it was not as easy to clean. I need to see if there are other recommended ways to season or clean the pan so that it is not so difficult to wash. Other than that, I love this pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is huge, which is great for steaks or stir fry, etc. What is nice about it is that even though it's stainless steel, the handles are made of a different material so they aren't hot and don't need a mitt. I love the helper handle, that has been super useful to grab the pan and drain water and serve out of. I do wish this pan came with a lid, that is the only thing I would add to it but other than that, I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for a higher quality and larger stainless steel skillet for awhile. When I saw this skillet I knew that I needed to try it. First off, the size is great for cooking larger things. It is 12 inches and I believe everyone should have at least one skillet this size. It is quite heavy, but also feels super durable. The handle also stays cool while you are cooking, which is a nice feature. Heat seemed to be distributed evenly. We cooked beef tenderloin to the perfect temperature. Stainless steel isn’t always the easiest to clean, and although it says dishwasher safe I would never put a skillet in the dishwasher. So my only negative about this is that it takes a little extra work to clean, but also that is expected. Overall I am pleased with the quality of this skillet.
