A: Thank you for your inquiry. Currently, the only line of cookware which is 18/10 stainless is the French Classic. All other current stainless-steel cookware is 18/0 which is also called Premium Stainless Steel. This means that neither performance, quality, nor appearance would be compromised in anyway. Best non stick pan
After Learning how to properly use this skillet, it’s the best non stick pan we ever had! Cooks our food really well! Even tested eggs 👍🏻 Highly recommend! You need to wait for the pan to heat up, after splashing water on it and the bubbles move around then you know your pan is just about ready. Take it off the heat for a couple minutes then add your oil or butter or whatever you’re using. Then put the pan back on the heat under medium/low heat. Then it’s ready!!

Wonderful Pan.
Bought this pan last week. Love it. I just made scrambled eggs with cheese and they were great. It cleaned up very well. I didn’t have to scrub it. I am surprised at the bad reviews. Read the directions on tips for cleaning. I will be buying another. I am in the process of replacing all of my old non-stick poison pans.

This is the worst pan I’ve ever had. Every single thing I used it for would stick and I’d have to scrub so much to get food off, and there would still be marks. Dishwasher didn’t help. Sad!!

Now I know why the chef's use them!!!
We love these pans, so much so that we threw away our non-stick pans...literally. We've had stainless steel pans in the past, but with no luck. These seem to be a better quality than others, here's why. 1. The frying surface is highly polished. It's like having a very seasoned cast iron skillet. 2. You barely need any butter or oil. Food slides around with ease. Yes, that includes scrambled eggs, potatoes, and meats (including bacon!). 3. Clean up is a breeze. Just pour some warm water into the pan (when it's still hot) and let it cool. Then just rinse & wipe the pan out. 4. You don't need Brillo pads, or wire scrapers to clean a stain. Just use a sprinkle or two of Bon Ami and a wet sponge. 5. The pan doesn't need seasoning, in fact it works better without it. 6. You can cook everything on "warm" or "low" settings on your stove. Just let the pan heat up for a few minutes and it will brown potatoes, meats, etc perfectly. Now I know why the chefs use them! 7. There's NO CHEMICALS, NO carcinogenic agents such as Teflon (PFA's, PFOA's, PFTA's, etc).

Excellent SS Pan
This pan is fantastic. Purchased in store a few weeks back, just to try and learn how to cook with SS. One tip for all of those who say it sticks: WITH NOTHING IN THE PAN, PUT IT ON MEDIUM-LOW HEAT FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES TO WARM UP. ADD OIL/BUTTER/ETC JUST BEFORE ADDING THE MATERIALS YOU WANT TO COOK. SLOWLY ADJUST TEMP TO COOK YOUR DISH APPROPRIATELY. THIS PAN DOES NOT NEED AS MUCH HEAT AS TEFLON PANS DO. COOK WITH LESS HEAT AND FOOD WON'T STICK. I have warmed homemade chili in this pan, made grilled cheeses, sautéed many different veggies, cooked bacon, and have even made fried and scrambled eggs--none of it stuck to the pan.

I don't like it, very expensive, I bought it because I thought the brand would be good but no, the fish sticks horribly, I bought another,v from a brand that is not famous, at a better price and it is better than Cuisinart, I do not recommend it.

Not worth the money
It warps/bows in the center, even with bringing it to heat slowly with oil in the pan. It cooks unevenly. This is my 2nd stainless steel pan from this brand and I won’t be using it again, or recommend it.
