Cuisinart Indoor Metal Pizza Oven

We received the Pizza Oven as a holiday gift and have already made different pizzas very successfully. The oven is compact which helps it get to high temperatures necessary for a successful 5 minute cooks. There is some preheat time but, that allows you to set up the dough and toppings. The small size of the oven is perfect for our kitchen and is a very practical device. Made some great pizzas. Just follow the instructions and make one of the many receipes. Fresh home made pizzas! Easy clean up. Highly recommended.

After watching the online reviews I was hesitant to buy, but with the sale price being so low it was an offer I couldn't refuse. Only a fraction of what the others cost. Being from NYC and having worked in a pizza shop for 2 years, I have a strong preference for NY Style Pizza. Most of my at home pizza experience is on a Kamado style cooker that I keep at 650 to 700 degrees. This electric pizza oven is an excellent alternative that can be used in the home (rainy days, no charcoal) on the fly or taken on the road when we go glamping (primary purpose for buying). I set it to 650 and made my first two Pizzas. takes about 25 to 30 min to reach full temp. At temp, these Pizzas cooked in exactly 7 minutes. 2 minutes between pizza worked, next time will give it 5 minutes between pizza. I felt the second pizza could have been a touch crisper on the bottom. The peel is metal so I recommend it for pizza recovery only, not launching. Buy yourself a 12inch wood peel for launching.

Great pizza oven. I bake each pizza 2.5 minutes, rotate the pizza and bake for 3 additional minutes. The timer is a great addition. Gave it a 4 due to taking 25 minutes to heat up. Used at least 20 times this past month. Black Friday deal pushed me to purchase and have no regrets!

I bought this a year ago it has always been slow in reaching temp but tonight it failed. Cuisinart is always iffy some good appliances some not so much. The pizza oven is not so much. Don’t buy this as it is not worth it f you Cuisinart for making it real difficult to leave a review

Works well. However disappointed in its long preheat time. 20 to 30 minutes.

Love it, the crust is amazing watch it bubbly hot and even the pan pizza comes out with a great crust

Fantastic appliance - you can make any kind of pizza you dream up in just five minutes - comes out golden brown with a super crispy rust - totally awesome. The whole secret is patience! I let it heat up to 700 degrees and then place the pizza on the stone. Heating to 700 degrees takes some time but it is totally worth following the instructions that come with the unit. The result is truly as good if not better than wood fired oven artisan pizza. Enjoy!!!

I initially used the pizza oven to make a frozen pie cause I wasn’t into making the dough, etc. this time. It came out perfect, very crispy. Instructions were very clear. I’m looking forward to using this in the future with my own people to go, etc.

I did a lot of searching of pizza ovens before we bought one. Some of the more expensive ones were actually not rated well. When you looked at them in person they felt cheap. So after reading review for this one, I decided to give it a try. We absolutely love it. It was a great investment and lives up to its name. We had family over a few time now and had a pizza party. We actually just bought our oldest son and his girlfriend I e for Christmas. Can’t wait to give it to them. Hands down this over cooks like it says and is well made.

The Cuisinart Electric Pizza Oven is the greatest. We made Thin Crust 12 inch pizzas in 3 minutes and a Deep Dish Chicago style pizza in 6.5 minutes. Both unbelievably easy and wonderfully delicious…Mmmmmm. Then once oven cooled the clean up was 5 minutes or less. So crazy easy!!! We recommend this pizza oven to everyone. You can use indoor or out on a balcony or patio. We are addicted!!!

We made the best home pizza ever thanks to this awesome indoor pizza oven! It's a great size for a personal 12" pizza and much more.. I was really pleased that all that 600° internal temp was tightly contained and on the outside you'd never know how hot it was, hardly any residual heat leaked out, only warm to touch. We highly recommend this, especially for sports fans!! I have to practice using the peel, and will make a Chicago-style pizza with the additional pan.

This pizza oven works great! We prepare homemade pizza every Friday night in an outdoor propane fueled oven. The maximum temperature ranges around 600-650 degrees. This oven reaches a perfect 700 degrees for making indoor pizza and can be used outdoors as well.

This pizza oven is fantastic! It’s super easy to use and cooks evenly every time. The setup was simple, and I was making restaurant-quality pizzas in no time. First time using the INDOOR PIZZA OVEN was a huge success! The undercarriage was strong with a good crisp and the dough had a good chew. The perfect New Haven style pie is possible with this 700'F oven.

Nice quality for a little pizza oven. One drawback is that it takes some 30 minutes to get up to operating temperature for Pizza.

Another excellent Cuisinart addition to our kitchen. We eat fresh, homemade pizza at least once a week now. Very easy to use.

Highly recommend. Well made and gets very hot. Takes about 5 minutes to make pizza!
