Cuisinart Coffee Maker
I have had several Cuisinart Coffee Makers and wanted a new one with a longer shut off selection, BUT, when it arrived and we set it up I realized they took away the water gauge. So now I cannot see how many cups of water I have put in. I have arthritis so I have to pour several amounts of water for however many cups I need. Really disappointed because my husband and I get up at different times in the morning and most mornings I make 2 pots of way less than 12 cups. Very very dissappointed!

Best Drip Coffee
Great Coffee Maker, great price, exceptional quality. This took over for my Moccamaster drip maker that was 7 years old. Glad in every way I purchased this Cuisanart as it makes just as good if not better coffee. Highly recommend.

Best Coffee Maker
This is the best coffee maker ever. In the past (approx.) 30 years, this is the only model I have bought. I have replaced it only once, so far. It works well, easy to use and reliable. I highly recommend it.

Replacement Rather that Repair
This is the replacement of the exact same machine we bought (and used daily) in 2017. Our older one was rusted on the bottom: but probably due to letting the carafe sit in coffee - our fault! But this is a simple, and excellent machine!

It seems well built.
I bought this due to other reviews. So far I agree with these. The pot is one of the best I have used. I like the way it sets up and operates. I think it’s one of the better makers I’ve bought in the past several years. I have bought this brand in the past and was pleased. I use this unit to make two to three pots a day. The longevity will tell the tell.

HOT COFFEE!!!
I've struggled with coffee makers for years until now. Previously owned machines maybe the first cup was hot but after that warm at best. The Brew Central has a setting which enables the coffee to remain hot up to 4 hours and it does!!!! I made a pot the other day, had a cup and then left for an appointment leaving the machine on. Came back 90 minutes later, poured another cup and it was just as hot as my first cup 2 hours earlier. Best machine I've ever owned

Best coffee maker ever!
This is the best coffee maker I've ever purchased. The water filter really does make a difference in the taste of the coffee and it seems solidly built. The carafe is also more substantial than other less expensive coffee makers I've owned. It is truly worth the extra money compared with the cheaper brands. And I love the timer--easy to set and nice to wake up to already brewed coffee!

Simply the Best.
I am on my third Cuisinart 12 cup, programmable coffee maker. Have tried the higher and lower end of brewers and a lifelong fan for this brand, model. Research indicates this brewer reaches the desired level of temperature which extracts the most flavor from your grind. It's true. While I use an older expresso machine for that particular cup, this unit is used every morning and continues to deliver.

How terrific this Cuisinart coffeemaker is
This is my second Brew Central Cuisinart coffee maker. The first one I had for over a decade, and it was worked hard. Brews an excellent cup of java; has many features; plus it has a beautiful design. Win win with this coffee maker!

Overall…good coffee maker for the money
Overall pretty satisfied with this coffee maker. The water level is difficult to see as it is inside the unit with no visible window. Also the on/off switch is fairly flimsy. Makes good coffee and keeps it hot.

Good Product at a Good Price
It brews quickly and the temperature is perfect. This coffee brewer replaced another Cuisinart which we had for over 10 years it was still working(we gave it to someone just starting out).

Bought another Cuisinart
I do love this machine. We are coffee people and this is our second Cuisinart coffee maker. It keeps the coffee hot and that is important to my husband. The only thing I would change would be take the water measuring marks easier to see. Our coffeemaker is under a cabinet so we have to angle it to see the markings.

Only one con against us coffee maker
Pretty much set up as every other coffee maker in regards to programming, etc. I’ve had Cuisinarts in the past and they’ve always been very reliable. I got this one to replace a Cuisinart that was over 10 years old and the coffee pot was starting to separate from the plastic. I wish Cuisinart would include a new feature for the beeping of the coffee on all models. This model has a toggle on/off switch, which makes it very easy to turn on and off. The only con, is when you open up to empty the coffee grinds the water drips down the back of the coffee pot

I'd buy again and again......
We replaced our Bunn coffeemaker (that worked perfectly) with the Cuisinart 12 cup. Had one before but when it finally quit we bought a new Bunn. Over time we got tired of the Bunn insulated carafe with no heat plate. The Cuisinart was always a great coffeemaker and when we decided to go back to a regular type coffeemaker, after looking at many makes and models the Cuisinart was our go to again. No regrets! Love it!

uncomplicated, great coffee
Cuisinart Brew Central has been used daily for the last three weeks. *Pros: -Water measurement line inside fill tank for accurate water: coffee ratios -Has a water filter that can be changed out. We'll see if it is really necessary as I use cold unfiltered water from my well because it tastes better, so not sure I'm concerned about a filter, but those using a community well may appreciate this. -I do like the cone-shaped filter as my grinds don't spill out so easily. It did come with a gold filter. -Having a programmable machine is a must in my household. It was mostly easy to set-up, however this leads me to my *Cons: -The LCD clock is not bright and very difficult to see what the time is when setting the programmable settings--unless it is in broad daylight. A brighter LED screen would be helpful. -My last two coffee makers were cheap: Hamilton Beach and a Black and Decker. The programming was easier: just set the time and hit "program". With the Cuisinart you have to move a dial to "Program" to set the brew time, then move the dial to "Auto On", then flip up the On switch. Too many steps. A green light goes on when this occurs--the same green light that means the maker is brewing. It's a little unsettling as I always wait to make sure that coffee is not brewing NOW, instead of at my programmed time. Otherwise, a quality machine for the money.
