Works really good
I loved the glitter vinyl. It's hard to work with if you don't use the correct transfer tape in order for it to work properly. Make sure you have the strong grip transfer vinyl tape. I use the scrapper to go over it to make sure it sticks well to be able to transfer the decal to where you want to place it.

I can’t figure out how to make this stuff work. Looked for videos or instructions or anything to learn how to do this and find absolutely nothing that helps. I hate this stuff.

Dislike this product. Vinyl does not attach to Cricut transfer paper. After completing the design it was a waste of product. Very unhappy.

Absolutely LOVE it.
I buy this regularly for my crafts. This vinyl has a gorgeous look to it and is very easy to use. I find it stands up better than regular vinyl and adds that extra "yeah!" I've never had a problem getting it to cut, nor have I had any issues with weeding it. I LOVE the shimmer line and hope Cricut brings back the Chocolate one!

Use appropriate tools, and it's a great vinyl
There is a learning curve for this vinyl as it stands by its name. Permanent...and sturdy. I would warn you right away that the permanent vinyl has extremely sticky adhesive. Keep that in mind and avoid less pressure on your machine as well as a strong grip mat, possibly even a knife blade or deep cut blade.

Awesome (if you follow directions!)
Absolutely love this vinyl! For those who had trouble cutting, weeding and transferring, I suspect they did not follow the directions for this particular vinyl. You have to select “custom” on the settings and then locate “vinyl - shimmer”. Also, it’s best to use the string grip transfer tape that comes with the vinyl.

Did not work well
I own a ton of vinyls by Cricut. This would not cut using my Cricut Maker. I love how beautiful the material looks, would just be amazing if it actually worked!

So difficult to work with
This stuff looks beautiful but it would not stick to the transfer tape! No matter how hard I scraped it, it would not come off of its white paper backing! I suppose it could work if you got strong grip transfer tape but I have never had this issue before and it was highly frustrating
