If you are experiencing issues with your stamper, we recommend trying the following troubleshooting tips: To ensure the stamper is not jammed, take the cartridge tape out of the stamper, make sure tape is tightened and put it back. Once you’ve painted all 5 nails, wait 4 mins to dry! When the final one is painted, wait 4 min to dry. Then you’ll be ready to stamp. How do you know  if the nails are ready? Test by pressing the edges of the last nail you painted. It should feel tacky  but not gooey. Now you’re ready to stamp! Your pattern should already be selected and in the nail stamper before you started! Similar to painting your nails, we recommend stamping from your  thumb to your pinky. Its good to also check the tape before you stamp. If you notice a gap, you can press down once on the stamper to advance the tape forward. To stamp, place your finger in the nail stamper.  It should rest naturally in the grooves on the finger rest. Once placed, press down firmly with the  stamper, and quickly release.
