One day use volume problems
The setup was Long and the volume stopped working only the first day. Have to return and try again. Only used it for a couple of hours until the volume started to sound like a horn. On the bright side the games we tried for prek have a great list of options and are entertaining and educational

Glitches and cant even use it
Got this product and it constantly glitches. We bought it for travel and the top tab keeps coming down when no one is touching it. I can't return in and replace it. The pink one I got works, but I believe they gave me a damaged one that someone else replaced. I also factory rest it twice and it still does it.

The worst
The battery life is supposed to be 6 hours, it barely lasts 3. When connected to the Wi-Fi, it will start spooling and then "no internet connection", when you check the connection it has an excellent connection. The only positive I have is, it's ppr5able. The service sucks, you have to connect to Wi-Fi or a Hotspot to use the tablet.

The tablet is ok. It has terrible lag and it moves way to slow. I’ll be sticking with Apple products.
