I purchased two of these for my kids. They only used them once on the way to Reno. The battery died quickly and when I tried to charge them again. Neither of them would charge.. the empty battery symbol keeps showing up but it will not take a charge and I purchased these ahead of time as gifts.. and now the return window has passed smh

Slow & stop working always
I got the tablet already but it showing shipping delayed. I would give 0 star if there is option. It’s getting stuck every 5 minutes & my child is getting upset. I need to keep helping him leaving my work. There’s no learning games pre download. Only couple books pre downloaded which are useless for smaller kids. With this price it should have a lot of learning games downloaded & should not take so long open an app. Even it can’t hold charge 2 hours? I saw some cheaper tablets work much better. Don’t know if they sent me a faulty one.

GARBAGE
In less than a week this thing died- won't hold a charge, won't turn on. The charger that came with it broke and I've tried multiple chargers. Even when it worked it was so painfully slow. I can't return it to Target because I bought it ahead of time for my daughter's birthday and Contixo is asking if I had the charger all the way inserted. I've asked multiple times for my money back. WORTHLESS GARBAGE and a COMPLETE WASTE of money. No wonder Amazon is winning.
